Have had numerous services on both my, and my wife’s Mercs. Fantastic service every time. Roger and Nathan are to be commended for their expertise. These guys are true professionals and offer services and repairs at a most affordable price. Without any hesitation I would recommend them to look after your Merc.

took my e class in today for engine and gearbox mount replacing. 1st class service, done while I waited and not charged the earth. would highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment at Mercserve garage for a Friday, only to be told to return on Tuesday morning. I took a half day off from work to keep this appointment, but when I arrived, I was met with complete disregard. Despite waiting for hours, no one even bothered to acknowledge my presence. When I finally spoke to someone, Martin, he dismissed my concerns and rudely told me to come back later in the day. I explained that I had already taken time off based on their instructions, but he was completely unsympathetic. His attitude was appalling, and it's clear that they have no respect for their customers' time or needs. I would strongly advise anyone considering Mercserve garage to look elsewhere for a more reliable and professional service.

Took my car in for an issue it had been having with the horn and replacing a sheared bolt. Was quoted a couple of hours work for £120. Sorted it all out in that time for half the money!

Came to collect my car on the same day, and Nathan walked me through the work they'd done and how its all working properly. Great guys, and very helpful! Would recommend for anyone looking to have their Mercedes serviced.

One of the best garage experiences I have ever had. Roger is an absolute gem and reminds me what good old fashioned british customer service was all about, so rare these days.

I was buying a used mercedes from near Nottingham and asked him to check it over for me. He did a full inspection including diagnostic checks, tyres, bodywork, engine, all sorts, and charged me a meagre £50 (one hour labour). I then asked him to service it for me as I decided to buy it, and without asking he graciously refunded my inspection fee, so i had a merc specialist inspect a car for nothing.

Absolute diamond of a bloke, makes me proud to be British again! Thank you Roger, you're a rare gem.
