Very disappointed with my experience at this company. I signed up with MHC for a long‑term program and paid the full amount upfront, with the understanding that my medicine packages would be sent in consecutive cycles.
Due to personal circumstances, I paused the program. When I attempted to resume, I was told I needed to sign up for a completely new program, despite still having medicine packages owed to me. I explained this clearly and even offered to extend the plan, but the performance manager dismissed my concerns and ended the call abruptly.
This experience made me feel like I was just a number rather than a client they were committed to supporting. Please be cautious when dealing with them.

I am very happy with the results of this experience. It had been a long time without a true erection.

I have been on their system for the last. After being hit up for extras that They felt would help (only helped them.not me) it is now suggested in spend another $3.000 as the price is going up.
Do I want to part with $3000, plus Who knows what additionals when improvement really is subjective in this first year. Some serious thought is needed for this one.

The staff are very friendly and easy to deal with.
They are very professional and explain every aspect of the experience.
The help both medically and personal is wonderful

My second month in this programme and have noticed improvements overall enough to keep me going thru the course .

I was struggling with bad bedroom experiences after the treatment I have seen the another side of life and no side effects at all, now I am having great life, yes it’s very true that they do a great job, would definitely recommended MHC for sure!

I only give it one star because there is no place for negative stars would be minus 5 stars.
Don’t waste your time if you are looking for support.
Product did not work for me with no solution by their team.
$2800 totally wasted.

I have been on the medication for some months .does it work yes it does no side effects. The staff are amazing the doctors brilliant . Everything about the program is professional including the packaging. You can exercise but it's up to you .I do but that's my lifestyle. So thank you MHC .

After 6 months on the program, I am pleased to say that the medication still works and my concern was that the dose would have been increased. With proper diet and exercise, the current dose is still good and no side effects. Very pleased with the service and the staff with their support. Would still recommend to those who need help.

I gave MHC a 1 star review because 0 wasn't an option. I signed up with MHC in June 2025 mainly because of ED. All through my treatment I was at pains to point out that it wasn't really the sexual side of the treatment I was interested in (I am nearly 80 years old and that ship has long disappeared over the horizon) but because ED has to do with blood circulation, it was that side of things I was trying to improve. After spending the best part of £2,000 on this treatment, I have seen no benefit at all. In the early weeks I did begin to see an improvement in ED but, with hindsight, I think that had more to do with wishful thinking than any positive results. A couple of months into the treatment it was suggested I use a cream which, amonst other things, would improve my testosterone levels. I was all in favour of this approach until I found out that it was going to cost a further £800 although, to be fair, I was offered a discount but it still meant I would have to fork out hundreds of pounds more so I politely declined. I must say that the staff at MHC have always been attentive and friendly but, sad to say, the treatment just hasn't worked for me so, from my point of view it has been a total waste of a lot of money which I can ill afford. This review has been triggered by the fact that I have just received an invitation from MHC to renew my treatment but I'm afraid that is not going to happen.

Since writing this review I have been in touch with MHC's CEO and, on reflection, think that my one star rating was unfair. After all, it's not MHC's fault that I am the exception to the rule. As I said initially, they have always been attentive and friendly and taken my medications through a number of tweaks and changes bu, unfortunately, no one them worked for me so this is no reflection on MHC. In the circumstances I should really have rated them as a five.

Easy to talk to great follow ups made me relax and not feel ashamed recommend there program you anyone im 62 never thought things would happen for me

I was very sceptical of this MHC Company as there are a lot of Scam Sites out there on the web.
However I took the plunge and decided to ring the MHC Contact Number, which most Scamming Sites Do Not Have, and spoke to a Very Professional Consultant who explained the whole process in detail to me including that this MHC Company is completely Australian with their Staff all based in Australia and that someone would contact me in the next couple of days.
True to the Consultant's word Dr Fred Edwards rang me the next day.
I must say I was so impressed with his knowledge,professionalism and fantastic warm caring attitude that I signed up for this Treatment Program right there and then.
Dr Fred Edwards then advised me that I would be assigned a Performance Manager who would ring me at the agreed time we discussed.
I have been so blessed to be assigned with my Performance Manager Emma Calder. Emma you have gone above and beyond in my Treatment Program and I cannot thank you enough for your care and professionalism hey.
MHC Australia is a Very Professional Knowledgeable Caring Outfit led by Dr Fred Edwards who will also go above and beyond to make your Treatment Program as rewarding and as comfortable as possible.
