What a rip off . They were very difficult to deal with .Emails sent back . Phone not in operation . Not answering messages . I tried to cancel part of my order within 1 hour of making a mistake in the order . I was ignored . They took the money from my a/c . Then the aids arrived .I tried them and they are no good . Requested a refund .They offered 25%. Then 40 % . Eventually I got an address in China to return them but that is very expensive. DONOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE .

It if fascinating that Melisar answers below to my review but didn't answer to my email from 28.12.23 from 8.01.24 and 9.01.24. I have a full right to be refunded and be able to send the product back. They don't respond to the emails so they are keeping my money and don't care about the return policy that is on their website. Please don't believe this shop it's a scam. If they would be sorry about my experience they would answer my emails where I friendly asked for a support. None of these emails were answered. They reply only to this review as it is public. Shame on you people who work there.

And here is my review: Help exposing this fake shop! Horrible experience. It's a scam, as others wrote below. Melisar doesn't want to help you, they will steal your time and your money. My trucking number had no information about shipping for 3 weeks. I wrote a few emails asking the team for help and update on my purchase. They never replied to my questions. Always misleading and misleading and misleading....Then I requested the refund is I didn't get any proof of a shipping. No answer. Eventually package arrived after 6 weeks - Wrong size, horrible quality... I wanted to return the product and asked for the refund ( again) - no response from Melisar. I saw below that paypal case doesn't help.... If there is more people scummed by them and lost money perhaps we should get in touch, file a police report and stop this madness ... there has to be a way.....

Attention rip-off!

The size of the ordered jacket was much too small and the sleeves even 5cm shorter than measured by Melisar. The quality does not match the description.

Return policy is the full rip-off!
Costs for return have to be paid by the customer. Return shipping address is China, although the goods were delivered from Cologne (Germany). Thus, the return costs (DHL approx. 46€) quickly exceed the value of the goods.
In addition, there are restocking costs of 20%. Thus, the costs of a return in the legally regulated 14-day right of withdrawal in Germany exceed the associated costs for the customer.

On the website is advertised with a 4.5 star rating from Trustpilot, which obviously does not correspond to reality and is faked.

Finally they offered a 50% discount for my next order that will definitely never come. Strongly advise against buying from this store
