Purchased a 6-month subscription to the service and like many other reviewers here, I find that nothing works, even the customer support doesn't reply to you, so this seems to be either some kind of scam or fraud going on here.
As others have also said the only thing that works here is their payment system.
My advice is to stay away and like me if you have purchased from them contact your credit card company for a refund as that seems the only thing that will get a result here.

I joined the site on the basis of good reviews I had read, and paid for a three-month premium service. Seems things worked well in the past, but my experience is that NOTHING works. I can't actually download a single thing. I have contacted them through the web form on the site, but there is no reply. In addition the email address shown on trustpilot does not exist. Taking payment from new customers when you know your service is not working is FRAUD, and that's what this looks like.

Was working fine until late June 2020. Filehost downloads were working probably 50% of the time then. In November 2020 they started getting worse. By January 2021 every single link is rejected. The last tech support response I got was in June 2020. They have responded to nothing since then.

This is a scam. Don't purchase anything from this site. Their service is not working at all. And They don't reply support messages. There is no way to get refund!

So far none of the hosters advertised that i tried are working.

It has been 3 days since my subscription started & haven't goten to generate a single link through their service. Can't tell if this is a scam site or they simply abandoned the site.

One thing they haven't abandoned for sure, their purchasing method. They will take your money no problem, regardless if their servers are dead.

Nothing works except their payment system, you pay and get nothing in return. Glad I only paid for a week, never again.

Not Sure if this is a SCAM or NOT?? I have had 100% issues downloading, when I try to contact using their form I get a "Captcha confirmation text is invalid" message 100% of time, on all different browsers and different systems.. So no way to contact, can't download.. hmmm.. was my 10-12 dollars really that important to maybe rip me off?? shameful, if they want to contact me.. let them..

I have a great hope when I found their advertising & decided to join for a Ultra+3mo because of simple & handy to use. However 1st week joined in there I'd encountered couple duplicated down-host error which kinda understandable perhaps due current technical errors but then some more hosts which have been stated as supported-status but unable to get generate single file eventho fact that my links were alive. Yet now 2m/o passed and still not a single improvement made except their last april-updated. most disappointment to me is how dead-supports such no moderator, staff or a single human you as socalled VIP can get a counsel from site except for Bot only handling a merely subscription autoreply. Im thinking that my mistake was to click their active ads which couldbe by one of referrer which either him cant contact the owner whom had leave & didnt care his workspace anymore other than income. Tips: Dont just pay yet I suggest to contact their active referer your find in goldforum,bbcommunitys and ask regarding of site status because theres only 50% hosts that working while another 50% are broken & lastly wait for more. You may find other website which alot better for your money. bye

Good service theres few cons but lots of pros. Every services had issues. But maxspeedbox is simply a better choice than the other. they are working and deliver. Good job!

Just found a great site that can be use for my downloading needs. They activated my account so fast and I made to used it easily. Customer service provides quality time for answering my inquiries. This service works simply amazing.

Used it for filehost downloads. Although having a 5MB/s line and promised potential of full premium speed, I never got more than 900KB/s. Plus: the connection continuously got interrupted. Not even once able to download a 2GB file. I used external download manager. At least customer service was helpful and refunded me.

Easy to use, fast and convenient. Totally recommended.

Very good site. I try with torrent and uploaded.to and it works nicely! They constantly updates the state of the hosts and in addition the price is relatively low compared to the competition so it's all good! Thank you very much for your work it's great.

I am a new user of this service and guess what? I am a very happy person now, before this i always had a problem with the download speed..when i use this service, the download speed jumped up to full speed! seriously, this is a very good service and must have for everybody

I purchased a premium account and it was activated instantly, torrent and filehost download are working great but download volume limit applied on filehost download while torrent download is unlimited. Overall I'm very satisfied plus excellent support, kind and fast.

The service works very well and their commitments are so amazing. Downloads are superfast. I would recommend this service to anyone and I hope that more filehosters will be supported in the future.
