Why customer need to send you evidence of purchase? Shopping mall is automatically send you the info.

Will never use this site

I have never had to prove my purchase to a cashback provider to cash it out. This is the job of the cash back provider to verify the purchase with the merchant, not the consumer’s job.

I have emailed twice and have not received any response from them regarding getting a payout for my account. In reviewing the reviews seems like it's a common issue, and the site may be a complete scam. Please respond to my account (REDACTED) if this is indeed a legitimate cashback site, and I'll be happy to update this review.

UPDATE: Shortly after posting this I finally received a response to my email. They stated I would have to send screenshots of the order confirmations (including shipped status) to allow for verification of the cashback (only site I've ever had to do anything like this for). I sent those in and am now awaiting a reply. I will update again when I am able to cashout the cashback I've earned.

SECOND UPDATE: so they must monitor this site because I got my payout fairly quickly after posting here. Was able to finally cash out the $31 dollars or so I had with them into my PayPal, but it was a royal PITA and truth be told I probably won’t be using this site anymore just because of the inconvenience. Not sure I would have gotten any support had I not posted this review.

It is true that I can earn cash back on maxrebates!!

It's easy to earn cash back on your daily purchases from tons of online stores, it just takes a little longer. I'm glad I was able to cash my award. thanks!!!

So good cashback site that offers the higher cashback rate compared to rakuten or other sites. Directly pay out via check and paypal which is super convenient. Love it. And I got about $35 welcome bonus, lucky me! Already saved $400 for me and gonna use it continously.

I have plenty of experience using cash back sites. This is one to avoid.

I used MaxRebates on 9/1/22 for a purchase at Craftsy.com (order # 14910349), during which MaxRebates was offering 20% back.

After 28 days the order showed in my account, but when I tried to claim missing cash back, I saw a message:

「Craftsy」This merchant doesn't support missing cashback claim.

So MaxRebates advertised 20%, registered the order was made through them, and then didn't honor it. Further, when I contacted MaxRebates about this, they never replied (it's been a month since I emailed them). Their strategy is apparently to ignore it.

Don't waste your time with them.

I am an avid user of cashback website, and I can fully say this website is a waste of time.

Bought something through them, and never got cashback for it. It was a lot of cashback too. I contacted customer service, and heard back about 3 weeks later with a broken english response that looked like boiler plate. I submitted a missing cash back form, with my receipt and it was denied without an explanation.

There are plenty of good cashback sites out there, this isn't one of them.

I believe they are fraudulent. They lure you with the highest cashback % for many retailers, but won't actually transfer the earnings to you even after they complete pending status and become "available." They sent an email saying further verification of purchases needed. I supplied all the requested documentation from merchants and then no response after weeks of follow-ups. I believe they are just keeping all the commission from retailers for themselves.

I've had MULTIPLE cashback amounts not track at all, and had no success getting it resolved with customer service. I will avoid them from now on, and suggest others do as well.

Update #2: Nobody contacted me after I provided my username.

Followed up multiple times for the cashback even the clicks are eligible for payout. They scammed from $10 redemption limit to $20 first then to $25, then now asked receipts and screenshots. After providing it, even after multiple follow-ups no response or cashback not paid.

I don't recommend anyone using this site. Full of scam.

When requesting a payout it says "Payout is not available. Please contact our customer support.."
Reached out to customer service and was informed to send screenshots of orders to verify several transactions. It's been a week and a half since I first contacted them and the matter is still not resolved. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common issue with maxrebates which is unacceptable. I'll update this review when necessary.

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CASHOUT! MY USERNAME IS: CLASSYPW I'VE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO MAXREBATES AND THEY DON'T RESPOND. FINALLY HAD A RESPONSE ASKING TO VERIFY THE TRANSACTIONS WITH SCREENSHOTS WHICH I HAVE SENT THEM 4 TIMES NOW AND NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY! THEY ARE A SCAM.

Not reliable. You get what you pay for situation

Scam cashback! Although their cashback may looks decent. However, when you want to payout your money you will get payment failed after some days and ask you to contact their customer support email. But the customer support never reply email after weeks and weeks. Recently they also introduced a monthly account maintenance fee to drain your balance. Then your money will finally go zero. Do NOT trust them!

I’ve been having an issue with my cash back receipts for three weeks now and have sent for emails and no one has responded to me. Can someone please reach out to me? If not, I will just have to keep this review up…

Updated: figured all issues. needed to verified some transaction. Even thought my transactions are payable, I needed to send many documents and screenshots to them. It was little inconvenient compared with other cashback sites. Anyway, It will need a much time if you want to resolve an issue with them.

All of my Purchases are available which on my id jeffonth. I tried to payout with correct payout password. I tried paypal or check method. But It said "Payout is not available". Sent many email to customer service from my gmail account. Never got any response from them so far.
