I was given the name of this removal company by an estate agent who must have also passed my number on to them as they called me shortly afterwards. I was pleased as I had a very short time to organize my removal. A 'whatsapp survey' was arranged for the following day at 3pm. I hurried home. 3pm came and went. I then got an email from the 'director' saying he'd tried to call and got no reply (he hadn't - there were no missed calls on my phone and I know they had my number as they'd called me the day before). I called back but the 'director' was away from his desk. Carried on waiting then called them again. Spoke to a woman who told me they couldn't help me as they'd had a lot of bookings since they'd called me the day before. The whole experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth but so glad I didn't use them. If they treat human beings that way, I'd hate to think how they'd have treated my possessions.

Good efficient service and nice, helpful guys. Meant our move went very smoothly overall.

Louis and his team were excellent from the very start and far more competitive than most in Cobham! After Surrey Hills Removals let us down (would never use now), we were recommended to Matrix by our estate agent and we were very grateful as moving Christmas week! The day went so smoothly, everything large and the mirrors were wrapped so carefully and the team went above and beyond to get our sofa in (ultimately it didn't but not through trying)!

Matrix really do provide a cost effective and comprehensive service.From initial contact to the end they were great, keeping us updated and informed.A complex situation that required sensitive handling and flexibility on their part was undertaken very professionally, as they provided packing, removals, secure storage, a move to the Midlands at a later date from Sussex and other items going as clearance. The teams they used were polite,flexible and focused and the overall customer service and communication from Matt and Elaine at Head Office superb. Great all round service and really competitive quote. Would definitely recommend them.

We used Matrix for our move and cannot speak highly enough of them. They were pragmatic and flexible throughout; for example, they were happy to move items from the shed and loft (unlike every other mover we spoke to). We opted for their packing service which was performed the day before the move and which was carried out as carefully as if we had done it ourselves (if not more). The team worked tirelessly on moving day - a team of 5 people completed the move quicker than we would have expected. They were a lovely bunch - polite and considerate. They were also one of the most competitively priced options we found. Can highly recommend!

Almost perfect. 4 vans over 4 days. Experienced, friendly, professional team. Existing heavy furniture moved in the new house, tricky beds all rebuilt satisfactorily. 2 fragile plates packed incorrectly and broke. We were compensated. Otherwise a very successful move. I would recommend and use again.

A huge thank you to Matt and all at Matrix. Their professonalism meant our moving day went without a hitch. Hopefully this is our forever home. If not then Matrix will be getting a call.

Thank you so much to Julie and the team who arranged my move from Epsom at the last minute when I was let down by another company. Despite torrential rain we got there in the end and am so grateful. Wishing the team at Matrix a lovely Xmas.

From start to finish Matrix were seamless, very professional and nothing was too much trouble. On the removal day the team were very happy in their work and went above and beyond to make it a smooth experience. I would also say after several quotes they were very competitively priced too.
