The Matrix team were highly skilled and very experienced. And they were flexible enough to take on the job at very short notice. The team was led by Matt Poague who has considerable expertise in removals and inspires absolute confidence. Knowing he was in charge made the move significantly less stressful. The team were all very personable and worked very well together. They seemed to really enjoy their work which is lovely to witness. I was particulary impressed with how carefully they protected fragile items such as paintings. They were also remarkably quick at both loading and unloading. If I move again, I would only employ Matt and his team. And I will recommend them to eveyone I know.

We recently used Matrix for our move and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. They were tidy, careful with our belongings, and worked efficiently to make everything run smoothly. Moving is always a stressful experience, but they took so much of that pressure away and made it feel straightforward and manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free removal service.

We had the full packing service - two movers came the day before to pack most of our belongings. On the day of the move 4 movers worked hard in the middle of a heat wave to get everything packed up and out - all done by 1 o'clock. We got the keys around 3 and were fully unloaded by around 6. The movers were friendly and happy to listen to our requests. Everything arrived in a the state we left it. Once we were done unpacking a couple of weeks later they even came to pick up the packing materials and boxes!

Excellent service from start to finish. Very quick to respond to any query. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff. Stored everything for 3 months and all in perfect condition on delivery.

We have done a lot of moves in our lives and these guys are definitely the best company we've worked with. Friendly and professional team, very flexible when we made a couple of last-minute changes, really polite and listened carefully to what we wanted. Thoroughly recommend.

The removal team were very courteous, efficient, and ultimately very friendly. We ran very close to the deadline due to late completion but the team stayed very calm which greatly eased our nerves. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish I was provided with the best support. I can see why this company was recommended to me by others who have used Matrix before.
Arranging a date was simple with excellent person centred communication.
The removal men who helped on the day were friendly, pro active and keen to engage. All worked professional and their communication skills were fantastic. I don't plan to move in a long time but if I do it'll be Matrix Removals I call first.

Did my own packing. 3 hard-working men moved everything very carefully, quickly and efficiently. An excellent, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Matrix were able to accommodate our move at relatively short notice when there was a lot of competition because of the stamp duty increase. After a short video survey they provided a competitive quote and also arranged to pack us on a Saturday, prior to the move the following Monday which gave us more time to clean before we left. Before the move date Matt provided the information we needed to prepare and responded promptly to questions.
The packing team of 3 arrived promptly and the packing was meticulous and thorough yet completed very efficiently, in consultation as necessary, and nothing was damaged.
The move itself also went very smoothly with Louis and his team again arriving promptly and working very hard to load and then unload the vans - dsplaying great patience as we had to wait until 4pm for completion.
And the collection of empty boxes was also organised promptly and efficiently.
Overall the whole experience was excellently organised - a great relief as we approached it with some trepidation, not having moved house for 33 years!
