I've been a freelancer for 4 years with Marketerhire and overall, I've had a really good experience. The clients they've sent me have been high quality, the work has been within my skillset and the pay has been fair. All in all, I've been pleased with my time there.

There are a couple of areas that I would like to see improved. First, having a bit more transparency around why a deal wasn't landed or why I didn't get the job would be helpful, as would transparency about why I am or am not selected for a potential gig. Second, I'd love different ways to showcase my value outside of just the work experience app that they have. I know they are building an app to be a lot more robust for the freelancers and it's come a long way in four years, but there is still some work to be done there.

But, as for me, my experience has been very positive.

My business point of contact, Tim, has been great in accommodating the needs of our business and finding solutions. The freelance social media manager I've partnered with through MarketerHire is great to work with and has a solid expertise.
