Very good experience

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am contacting you regarding a fragrance I purchased from your store less than a month ago.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the product. The fragrance has almost no scent at all. I have tried spraying it several times, both on my skin and in the air, but the scent is barely noticeable and disappears almost immediately. Even after letting the fragrance sit at home for some time, the problem has not changed.

What makes me particularly concerned is that I also received a 2 ml sample of the same fragrance. Surprisingly, the sample smells much stronger and more noticeable than the full-size bottle I purchased. When I spray the full-size bottle, it is almost as if nothing has been sprayed at all.

Since this is supposed to be a long-lasting fragrance, I am wondering whether there could be an issue with the product or whether I may have received the wrong fragrance or a defective bottle.

Could you please check this matter and let me know what options I have? I would like to know whether it is possible to have the bottle inspected and, if the product is confirmed to be defective, to return it and receive a replacement.

I would be happy to provide my order number, photos, videos, or any other information you may need.
