This was a made-to-measure order for a coir mat. Unusual to find that today. It was promptly completed and is now enhancing my entrance.

I love my mat so much. It turned out great, thanks to the efforts of the team at Make An Entrance, particularly Brooke. They gave loads of helpful feedback on my original design until we got to a design that would work for printing. The process included a test print to check how the design would turn out and more re-design after that. They were so patient and helpful as we worked to make the design work for the format. I’d definitely recommend and use again if I wanted another absolutely unique and brilliant door mat.

Having used Make An Entrance on a number of previous occasions we now never look anywhere else. Good communications from start through to finish, including artwork and delivery dates has ensured that we are returning customers for our veterinary business. The welcome mats make a real impact and we really appreciated the washing instructions too to extend their life.

Ordered a made to measure door mat on Sunday night arrived Tuesday night. Excellent delivery.
Would agree with some other comments as ordered this without realising it was not edged and hence probably designed for a door well. Not really a problem as it is for the back door but was unaware it could probably been edged if I paid more.
Looking at the old one that was also not edged and that survived ok so no real problem. Anyway old one now in shed and cat seems very happy sharpening it's claws on it instead of the furniture.

I purchased a personalised door mat for my grandson, as he is setting his own business up.
The quality is superb, however, it is not in situ as its towards christmas

I do not remember being this disappointed for a very long time. My wife bought what she thought was going to look like a high quality coir outdoor mat with our address on it for the ludicrous price of over £100. When I came home today to see what £100 got us I was fuming and still am. It looks like a £20 mat that I could have bought from a garden centre. Had it not been personalised with our address it would be going straight back. Coir Mats how can you have the gaul to charge over £100 pounds ( l can't say how much we paid because my wife is too embarrassed to tell me) for a rubber backed door mat. I am fuming. Buyers, check what you are ordering before committing to a personalised mat.

I ordered an indoor coir made to measure doormat for our entrance hall. From ordering the samples to delivery I found the process simple, efficient and a very good quality product. I would definitely order from this company again.

Great website, simple to get a free sample (postage cost refunded with purchase), custom size mat order process is straightforward, incredibly quick response to my (stupid) question, and then almost instant turnaround of my order which arrived 1 working day later.
