No issues faced. They offer meet and greet from airport (MCT). Drop-off is at MAHD office and will drop you back to the airport.
Car was in good condition. I would have liked it to have been cleaner and less worn out. A few additional checks of lights to be performed (e.g. reversing lamp not working). Overall good experience.

Staff were very kind and honest. Car was as described and process was very smooth.
They collected and dropped us off to the airport and their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

The issue escalated unnecessarily and eventually involved police procedures. My main concern is that I was placed in the middle of a dispute with the third-party vehicle provider, despite this being a matter that should have been handled directly between the company and its provider. I was given information by the company representative that did not align with what was being communicated to the third party, which created confusion and prolonged the situation. Throughout the process, I remained cooperative and transparent, but the overall handling of the matter caused significant inconvenience and stress.
