The tools are great. Learning them and navigating the site is challenging.

Magnific’s “Unlimited” plan is not actually unlimited.

I paid for a plan advertised as Unlimited, but my unlimited access was later removed because my usage was supposedly “far beyond what’s sustainable” under their Fair Use Policy.

So what exactly does “Unlimited” mean here?

Magnific does not clearly state any specific generation limits before purchase. Customers are encouraged to pay for unlimited usage, but once they actually use the service actively, that access can be taken away without any transparent threshold or warning.

This feels extremely misleading. You cannot advertise a service as Unlimited and then secretly apply limits that customers are not allowed to know in advance.

Magnific, please explain:
What is the actual usage limit?
Why is it not displayed clearly on the pricing page?
Why do you continue using the word “Unlimited” if access can be restricted at any moment?

At this point, it looks like customers are being promised one thing before payment and given something completely different afterward.

The AI is very understanding and responsive. I love the flow of ideas it demonstrates.

Magnific is hands-down the most robust and easy to use Gen AI platform. Their support team is amazing. And they're always shipping new features and improvements.

Been using Magnific, previously Freepik for several years. Indispensable for all my creative projects. Was using it primarily for the vector icons previously, but now with the Ai image generator that generates high quality images of various resolutions and aspect ratios from all top Ai models, it's a total game changer.

I like the clean interface compared to higgsfield's cluttered interface.

Last year, I invested heavily in testing various AI tools for image, video, animation, and cartoon generation. Ultimately, Magnific proved to be the best solution for my needs, delivering outstanding quality and detail. Notably, it rarely produces the common error of extra fingers on human figures. While it previously lacked high resolution, the platform has improved significantly this year. As my subscription anniversary approaches, I will definitely be renewing for another year.

decent but there are glitches that need to be fixed and you can't make any Gorey generations which is a huge limit to creativity

My experience on the platform has always been excellent throughout my many years as a premium subscriber. However, credits have recently become more expensive and run out very quickly, straining my personal budget; the premium tier doesn't offer unlimited credits for certain AI tools, and the Premium+ plan is simply beyond my means. Living in Brazil, I’m used to a culture of paying in installments—since most people have low incomes, this option is a huge help—but the annual subscription is charged as a lump sum, and often, we don't have that kind of cash sitting in the bank.
That aside, Magnific is the best platform out there, offering a world of graphic and cinematic capabilities. Congratulations and best of luck to the entire team and management.
