Nice property, matched the listings, they even called me to ensure I didn't need anything extra, apartment was supplied with the basics needed (multiple toilet rolls, coffee, milk etc)

Only one thing would like to tell you guys this property provide very basic amenities which is 2 peace of instant dish washer soup and 2 washing liquid, 2 paper rolls each toliet. Doesnt matter hoe long you stay, As 2 weeks i was stayed that was little unhappy.

The apartment was lovely and bright. Tastefully decorated and close to Bondi Junction shops, clubs, pubs and transport. I would definitely recommend it.

I could not update my response to madecomfy so here it is. Dear madecomfy, you have been communicating with my wife Carmela Manitta for the past 3 months without success. Our Reservation number is, 6727211973. Stayed at "Stunning 2-Bed Apartment" in Docklands from the 5th of February to 7th February 2026.
I don't think you need much more information as communication has been nonstop with Mahesh, Maria and Anush to name a few that I have dealt with, this has been very frustrating and tiring.
You have promised time after time via phone and via email, that a refund for cleaning of $183.00 would be processed, to this date, we have received it.
We have tried to deal with you directly as advised by Fair Trading and Consumer Affairs, this matter has still not been resolved, after numerous phone calls.
We were also harassed by Booking.com and MadeComfy for breaking house rules having parties and making excessive noise. You should have done your homework before accusing mature ladies of something they did not do. You also threatened to charge $500.00 for this.
You did not supply me with what was advertised, the carpet was disgustingly filthy, pots and pans could not be used, apartment was STUNNING, but views only. We could not cook
MadeComfy has never made an effort to update me on anything, it has always been me to chase, I have always given you plenty of time to sort this issue out, but I think 3 Months is UNACCEPTABLE Very unprofessional and a couldn't care less attitude towards your customers.
Booking.com is impossible to contact for anything, after you have paid your money, no phone number, they will not getting my business in the future. MadeComfy gave me their telephone number, it did not connect as I thought. Very hard to deal with overseas businesses trying to solve issues in Australia.

BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF BOOKING THROUGH OR USING HOMETOGO, BELVILLA OR MADECOMFY
I believe the customer service provided to differing degrees has fallen short of what I would have expected and for the reasons detailed below, I would not recommend either holidaymakers or property owners to use them, with them all being linked to my property rental in Melbourne, Australia.
HomeToGo, who I booked through, emailed me several times saying they would respond to my request for an extension to the first booking we made but never did and I didn’t know if the stay had been extended service until after we arrived. I also made them aware of a complaint that I made and they said they would contact their partners Belvilla and reply to me but again did not despite various emails from me. After many emails, their last correspondence said the contract was with Belvilla and to contact them directly. I had already done this with little success, but having booked through HomeToGo, feel they should have accepted some responsibility to assist.
The customer service provided by Belvilla has also been poor in my view. They confirmed the booking once the deposit payment had been paid and provided the date for the final balance to be paid. However, they actually debited my account several days before this date so please beware if you use these companies. Belvilla then proceeded to provide details for the check-in several times but on arrival I found them to be incorrect. They provided the address of the property we were staying at but this was not where the key needed to be collected from. It took 4 calls to their helpline in Netherlands, at a cost of around £80, to get the information regarding where to pick up the keys. I was told in each of the first 2 calls they would call me back urgently but received no callbacks. On the 3rd call they gave me the phone number of “the owner” of the property but the lady I called had nothing to do with the property. On the 4th call, as well as sending the same details yet again, they gave me MadeComfy’s phone number. So, 6 hours after the check in was due, I was given the address of a shop from where the keys needed to be collected. I have requested the reimbursement of the cost of the calls but have had no response.
Our plans changed when we arrived in Australia so having booked 2 stays at the same property from 2nd to 8th April and 14th to 22nd April, we then booked a 3rd stay in between the other 2 so we stayed for 3 weeks overall without moving out. On booking the middle stay it was agreed I would receive a refund for 2 lots of post stay cleaning we didn’t need. The payment for the extra stay has been hugely problematic. Initially not due to Belvilla or MadeComfy who dealt with the payment as the payment was held by the bank, as pending, due to the Bank Holiday. MadeComfy were chasing the payment and as it had not been received immediately after the Bank Holiday, asked, or more accurately, insisted I pay by another card. They provided another link for this payment which I used. However, the payment which should have been 834 Australian Dollars was taken as 834 Euros. At around the same time the original payment went through so I had paid both 834 Australian Dollars as originally required, but also an extra 834 Euros. I spoke with MadeComfy to explain and request the refund for this and the cleaning and they asked me to send confirmation of the bank payment. I have now sent this numerous times to MadeComfy, with no responses or refund received and also sent them to Belvilla and HomeToGo for their assistance but other than being asked to contact the other company, have had no resolution.
I provided all 3 companies time to respond and notification that if I did not receive a response, I would submit reviews to ensure other customers do not suffer the same issues and still didn’t receive any resolution or response and have therefore submitted this review.
At the time of writing this I still awaiting refunds totalling around 1000 Euros (1600 Australian Dollars) and have given Belvilla and MadeComfy notice that I will take legal action to recover the outstanding monies if they are not paid.
I originally thought I had been scammed but Belvilla assured me I have not and that the payments were genuine. It still feels like I have been but having seen other reviews, specifically regarding Belvilla’s short comings with bookings and MadeComfy’s issues with refunds, it appears I am not the only one. PLEASE BE WARY WHEN USING THESE COMPANIES
Despite the response received 7th. May, I can confirm I have had no contact from your office and the issue has not been resolved and I have still not received any refunds. Please deal with this as a matter of urgency

I made a booking with this company in Manly NSW for 12 March. Within hours of taking my booking and taking my money, the firm sent me an email cancelling the booking due to "operational reasons". They haven't replied to my emails and when I phoned them they said I would be repaid but now, more than a month later, I haven't received my refund or any response to my emails. Shockingly bad customer service - use this firm at your own risk.

My partner and I stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it, we would definitely come back again. As aforementioned in the reviews, the bedroom window did let a bit of noise in, but this didn’t bother us much. It was still sealed and didn’t let air in when closed. Everything seemed to be quite clean and the apartment had the necessary amenities for our stay of 4 days. The location and view was absolutely amazing, with two tram stops very close by. Important to mention, there was a Woolworths on the bottom floor of the building, with everything we could need, open until 12am every night which was extremely convenient and we didn’t have to leave the building at all. The hosts were extremely accomodating and replied to us quickly as well which was nice

We were happy with our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the host was great to deal with. Highly recommend this place as it's close to Manly and a quick ferry ride to Sydney but situated in a quiet suburban area.

The accommodation was great, nice and clean.
But, after we checked out, we received the message that we forgot to take one small rubbish bag out from the bathroom and we didn't realise that cost us $66AUD. WHAT A RIP OFF!!
We are pretty sure that we left the place nice and clean as we had to leave early to catch our flight to overseas.

Townhouse was was nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and nice appliances. Kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great, shops, restaurant, and grocery all close by, so very convenient. Plenty of public transportation nearby. We spent a lot of time in the CBD and tourist areas, which are easy to get to, but it was nice to be able to go to neighborhood spot or cook at home after a long day.
