Product ok but smells terrible
The purchasing experience is fine. But the carpet I bought smells like an oil refinery, and I have sprayed it, aired it out...nothing to be done. Still smells bad after more than a week.

Delivery times are way off I’ve now…
Delivery times are way off I’ve now bought at 3 occasions from you guys and i know that the whole world is experiencing delays in logistics but one went from November delivery to late December. Another one is finally arriving today a month after ordering double of what was stated 10-15 days. The last one we’ll have to see… the product received so far lives up to the hype and is gorgeous. Let’s see the final two when they arrive hope they fair.

Absolutely lovely wardrobe. Beautiful design and excellent quality. I knocked a star off because it took a long time to get it. Having said that, we were kept informed at all times, which we very much appreciated.

Scam at Made.com
We ordered a sofa during the sales. A month or two after Made.com informed us that unfortunately the sofa in the color we ordered could not be delivered. When we then asked to change the order to the same sofa in a slightly darker color, which was shown as in stock on the website and was originally part of the same sale, Made.com refused a told us we had to pay full price since the sale was over. Very indecent customer service bordering to a scam.

The delivery of the purchases is a nightmare
I have made several purchases in tha last months and they have always been late with respect to the agreed delivery. In addition, shipping through DHL is a nightmare because they do not respect the delivery date nor do they call you to notify you of the delivery. I will never buy through this channel again. The treatment seemed very unfortunate.

i have had the worst experience with this company. their customer service is a joke. the quality of their furiture is despicable and their delivery services are incompetent. i would NEVER recommend this to a friend and do not plan on ordering from there ever again.
