STAY AWAY!!

I ordered 3 dresses as options for my daughter's wedding. When the dresses arrived the fabric looked like they were made out of sheer curtains. The sizes were about 2 sizes too small and they were cheaply made. When I submitted the return I was only allowed to return one dress and when I asked about the status of that return, I was told I would get a credit toward purchasing more of the their low quality merchandise. I wrote a review on their site months ago and even wrote them to ask why it was never posted. I never heard back. This Rosewe company should lose their business license in the U. S. because it does not meet our standards of apparel or business!

Received my order,but the Dress is of poor Quality and Didn't Fit. Company refuses to refund me.

Received my order,but the Dress is nothing like the one showed on the Website. I Returned my order Back,but instead of them refunding me the sent a replacement in,which I refused delivery. I Think this company Scams their customers to by their poor quality products and then they are very slow responding so their would not have to refund you. I will never make another purchase from them.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company their refund policy states full refund if item returned in original condition within specified date. I purchased a gold dress which did not fit l advised rosewe of this took pictures of the item and requested a refund. I sent the item back and assumed l would receive a full refund
They gave me a partial refund less than half if what l paid for the dress. I complained by email to rosewe about this they say say they my refund was correct l pointed out that their policy stated full refund given if item returned in its original state. They have refused to issue full refund please do not order from this company

Very Bad Service

I am currently suffering an aweful experience with Rosewe. one of my parcels is missing, I’m not able to speak to anyone because there is no phone number. I tried their text and email option online but it sends back only automated messages. This company made me feel angry with their service, i felt that it was so poor. I am so very disappointed with the way they’ve presented their company, no company should be allowing their customers to be stressed in this way👎🏼

Top notch customer service..

I had originally written a mediocre review for Rosewe, mostly because of a damaged item and so many items I had ordered and paid for, but ended up out of stock. Since then I have had immediate response and very satisfactory out come from them regarding the damaged item and had already had a very expedient refund for the items out of stock. The clothing items that I received were VERY GOOD quality and true fit!
I will be soon ordering again from Rosewe and absolutely recommend them without hesitation. Customer service is top notch!

Rip off

It took over a month for the goods to arrive and in the meantime none of my emails were answered and there is no phone number. Plus the website said my order number is wrong even though it was the one on the order email. The goods are shoddy and now the website isn’t working to let me return them. I had to raise a dispute through PayPal. Never ever buying from them again and suggest you don’t either.
