Terrible customer service. I asked for a return/refund and was sent a series of requests for pictures and then videos of the product NOT working. I pointed out how ridiculous this request was and they are now ignoring me. No response, no return, nothing.

They do not honor their refund policy. Item and serum is a waste of money. After a few emails, they quit answering. Reported them to BBB.

Once product finally arrived (very slow) I charged it and was ready to use. It lit up, but once on the face did not do anything. At first a buzzing sound but after a few seconds turned off and nothing happened. It was a complete waste of money. Waiting to hear back from company if they will replace with a new one (maybe this was a lemon) or refund. Help!!!

I saw the Luminesce ads on FB and wanted to try it out. I ordered 2 for Christmas - one for me, and one for my daughter. It took quite awhile to get here, but also there was a postal strike in Canada, so I can’t blame the company for that!
I haven’t used it very long, but it’s easy to use, and I like the vibration! I’m hoping it will help with lymphatic drainage, double chin, and wrinkles using the red light! I look forward to using it more in the future and seeing the results! I’m happy with it so far!

This item and the serum seemed useless to me so i changed my mind and wrote to the support to send the LED machine back, in order to get a refund. I sent to the support the videos of the item and proof of purchase, once on january 6th and once again on january 20th, they don't answer anything.... so basically I think it's a scam... I lost almost around 80€ for nothing. Also, the rate of hyaluronic acid is not even mentionned in the composition of the serum so it can be anything. AVOID IT !

Delivery time was reasonable. Overall I am happy with it but occasionally the vibration is short or not at all.

I am reviewing the 7 in 1 facial sculptor. Received this for christmas. I enjoy using the unit on the red light. It vibrates continuously on the red light and feels very nice. Unfortunately I find on all the other light options the vibration doesn't work well or not at all. Not sure why? I find it frustrating when the vibration stops as it creates a jerky/ chunky movement, which is not pleasant. 🙁
So sad as I quite enjoy the feeling with the fibration.

Misleading information on the website. It arrived much later than expected, but it is a fun little skin care device so not too bad.

I was really happy and excited with the results I was seeing from my facial massager that I had purchased back in October which was just a few months ago. Unfortunately it started acting a little funky around the end of December and then a week ago (mid Jan) or so it just stopped vibrating all together. I wrote to the company to try and get sent another one but no one will contact me back. I’m very disappointed because the reason I spent a little more $ and bought the Luminesence brand was bc they stated it’s not like the others and the massager wont break like the others do. If I were u I would just go buy one for half the price on Amazon bc obviously they are the same exact thing.

Received broken device; received runaround via customer service; promised a replacement. After checking tracking # site said replacement device would be received by April 2022. It’s currently January 2025.

Overall I think it does work, however, the one I received sometimes does not vibrate or heat up ( I think it’s supposed to get a little warm). Other than that I would say it’s a good product

Emailed customer service 7 times, they responded twice asking for my order number which i gave twice. I only asked a tech question as their instructions are so shocking it simply tells you the light modes. It doesn’t tell you why it makes weird bleeps during use, or if this signals a fault. I only asked this and they ignored my email 7 times over.

Don’t waste your money! Its a shame companies that ignore customers or mislead so badly aren’t brought down promptly cause they’re still making money out of people.

Shopping on line and reading the reviews I had to purchase for myself and give it a try. So happy I did. Best purchase I have made. Absolutely recommend Luminesce

Arrives super fast and my skin already looks to much better

Love using this brands skincare ontop of what i currently use i just feel like its such a good addition and there is no negative, light therapy and lymphatic drainage in one device is chefs kiss

UPDATE: I still have NOT received response after asking for escalation to a supervisor. My contact was "JoAnn" as other have mentioned, too.

I purchased the 3 in 1 Therapy brush for my son. He didn't want to use it. I decided to return rather that have it sit around unused. The item was never used. Only the plastic was removed from the outer box. The company refund policy is a joke. They request you send proof of purchase and pictures or video of the item. I provided my order # in my request, I shouldn't have to provide a picture of my order, but Ii did. I complied with their instructions only to be denied a refund. I was well within the 30 days. All because the outer plastic was removed that is shrink wrapped around the box. I requested to have my request escalated to a supervisor, with no response. Others have made the same reviews. I didn't see those reviews before I purchased. Consider yourself warned, there is not a 30 day refund! I will be issuing a complaint with my states corporation commission since it seems there is an obvious problem with the company misleading consumers on their products and policies.

Awesome and professional handling of sale .

Placed my order on 12/24 and did not receive until mid January. It clearly states on the website 3-5 days. When I reached out, customer did nothing and blamed the holidays. Well I ordered from other companies around the same time and had it delivered in the 3-5 day window. The service is trash and the return policy is trash. Stay away and do not buy. This company does not care about customer service and shipping takes forever. They will not dare offer any discounts for their misleading advertising on their website concerning delivery times. Worst, they will not refund without putting you through hell. STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY!!!!!
