LPCR, it’s all very well to promote the well-being and happiness of children… but perhaps they should clarify which children they are actually talking about.

My daughter started attending the nursery in February. As early as March, they tried to terminate her place because a company wanted to reserve it. The parents ultimately declined, so my daughter was allowed to stay. And now, more than six months later, it’s happening all over again: I’m being told that her place is being terminated because a company wants to take it.

And as if that wasn’t enough, the first time, the head office even sent me a standard, pre-written email without bothering to check the information — my daughter’s name wasn’t even included. When I pointed out the mistake and expressed my dissatisfaction, there was no genuine apology or consideration whatsoever.

I want to make it clear that the nursery staff themselves are absolutely not to blame. The problem lies with the policy imposed by head office and its commercial approach: children seem to be treated as places to be allocated to whoever brings in the most money.

Not everyone can afford a nanny. Putting parents in such a difficult situation is shameful and completely unacceptable.

Honestly, stay away.

Like their values… In this modern time, it`s very challenging to spent all your time with children, someone need to making money and in many cases, like mine, both parent are bothered with these task.;) I found our nurse through their portal and it was one of the best decisions, I`ve ever made. I think we couldn`t manage to provide such care that she does, anyway it`s better for our children.

I want to recommend this kindergarten
They really pay a lot of attention to the children and are always ready to listen to you.

So, i recommend this kindergarten. After all, a lot of attention is paid to my baby, her requests and needs. The staff is very attentive and patient.

It was easy for us to find nursery here, but the qualification of them leaves much to be desired. We needed to go for a trip for a couple of days and got no one to look after our baby. The process of registration here was quick, they claim that finding a nursery is a 3 step procedure and it's like that. Nevertheless, we didn't like how nurse handled her duties, because besides looking after our baby she had to take care of home as well, it was negotiated.
Dunno, can't say that I am impressed.

Everything is perfect, the staff is very attentive and caring. Our baby is having a great time there.

A lot of attention given to my baby, to her requests and her needs. The staff is very careful and patient.

This nursery is really great, my baby loves it. The people working there are really great too. The foods, nappies and milk are furnished. The play area is divided between small and big section and it has all the equipments and toys for the development of babies and toddlers. It’s far the best experience for my baby and I am happy that she enjoys being there.

We're really very satisfied with the creche and it's services and ofcourse the employees. They are really really kind and caring. I was afraid at the beginning during the adaptation period, my baby took his time to adapt, and finally he's really happy to go there everyday.

The Director, Amandine is so thoughtful and just great. All the nurses and educationist are very good in their conduct. My baby is learning a lot everyday, we are happy

Their programs are also very well thought out and interesting for the babies development. They involve the parents also in many occasions, which is great way to bond. Their trips to the farm, biblioteche, teaching about different countries and cultures, incorporating English as a language once in a while, I think it's wonderful!

He went for very few days in the creche at Lille Europe, and the Director as well as the nurses are so nice there also. Everything is taken care of really well

I just hope you receive the bigger size diapers sooner ;) It's out of stock since a long time now

Strongly recommend. We were very happy with this crèche, also this was the first experience for both us parents and child, yet we never felt like it. Especially we loved the cleanliness and way the staff handled our baby.

Also the administrator was very supportive and proactive.

My son loves going to the creche. He is well loved and cared for and I'm so thankful we got a spot in LPCR. They take the extra time to care and love each child at the creche.
