I can't rate these guys high enough. They helped and advised me throughout my bank repossession purchase. Through my own fault (outside anyone's control) I lost the purchase, but they still fully supported me to get my deposit back. They did everything to try and make my situation work.

Property shown to us really matched our requirements.
There was no waste of our time in looking at properties out of our specification.
The community we selected was supposed to be fully certified by Oct. 31, 2016.
We were informed by our lawyer that this date slips to Jan. 31, 2017.
LoveSpain did not know what the issue was.
We contracted a specialist to investgate, let us have his report on the problems and the likelyhood of in time completion.
We would have expected this to be the job of LoveSpain rather than us.

For us it was verry important not having the feeling being pushed, nore to buy, nor to sign any document.
