Lodge Brothers are an independent, employee owned funeral service. 7 generations of our family have been helping local families in their time of need. For 240 years we have provided funerals, both modern & traditional, with reverence and compassion, for all faiths and the non-religious. We can facilitate cremations, burials, direct cremations and remembrance services. We bring our Lodge difference to every service offered including our own legal team (providing wills, probate and lasting POAs) and our highly skilled masons providing unique memorials, inscriptions and design work. We have a dedicated Funeral Plan Team who can help with planning for the future with a funeral plan or funeral wishes. We also supply floral tributes, Orders of Service, cremation urns and keepsake jewellery.

A dignified experience
I was treated with dignity, kindness and compassion right from the start of the procedure. The gentlemen that collected my sister's body from her home really were gentle men and eased the horrible experience of an unexpected death.
I chose Lodge Brothers to direct the funeral as I have found them to be excellent in the past when they have dealt with my late parents and husband. The funeral arranger was most helpful and treated me with understanding and patience. The funeral was carried out without any problems and everything that had been arranged went very well. The care is exemplary and I highly recommend this firm.

From my first contact I found Suzette's sympathetic and very helpful approach made the whole sad experience very smooth, queries were answered promptly and appropriate advice given when requested.

Woking and Sam Beare look after you well
Jill Wakefield was with you for 4 weeks in August for end of life care. All staff, at all levels, were helpful, sympathetic , professional in their care services and kept us fully in the picture. Despite being largely in pain and discomfort for most of the time , Jill was very ‘comfortable” where she was located, and with the assistance and personal care she was given, in difficult circumstances. The many funeral donations denoted to the Hospice on Jill’s behalf will bear witness to your excellent service and facilities.
