Every Lodge Brother employee that I had contact with throughout the entire process was professional, empathetic, supportive and informative. This resulted in the funeral running very smoothly and me feeling very supported throughout the process. I would highly recommend the Feltham branch.

Couldn't fault lodge brothers they were amazing caring kind and nothing was too much trouble ..was even given a plume from the horses we had at end of day ..many thanks to you all .Nothing was too much for sushi at the lodge bro office everything was dealt with swiftly and respectfully

Caroline was compassionate, caring and extremely helpful when arranging the funeral, contributing suggestions and understanding our wishes and dealing with some last minute changes with her truly compassionate nature and seeing them through for us making the whole experience seamless.
The team who attended the funeral were absolutely amazing even wearing ties the same colour blue we had requested that those attending wore.

The team at Lodge Brothers Chertsey were excellent. Sally helped me with all the arrangements for my dad’s funeral and she was caring and kind throughout. All my questions were promptly answered and nothing was too much trouble. Dad’s funeral was beautiful, Blake was our wonderful celebrant. Friends and family commented on what a lovely service it was. The whole team at Lodge Brothers were so professional and I truly believe that my dad would have been touched at how his life was honoured and celebrated. After providing a perfect funeral for our beloved mother in 2023, it was an easy decision to choose Lodge Brothers again when our wonderful father passed away unexpectedly. Julie (in the Twickenham branch) handled everything with great compassion, kindness and competence, from recommending the outstanding celebrant Chris Howell to successfully arguing proof of residency with Richmond Council. We could not have asked for a better service, and I would recommend Lodge Brothers without a moment's hesitation.

At the Hillingdon branch they made us very welcome. They listened to our requests, as we had specific instructions from the deceased, before they died, about how their funeral was to be conducted.
We were helped each step of the way & if something wasn't quite right they adjusted it to our instructions. On the funeral day, Rob, our specific conductor of ceremonies was kind & very helpful at a difficult point at the crematorium, & afterwards was thoughtful & generous with his time to see us safely on our way. Thank you to the girls in the office who guided us through the whole experience.

Empathetic, efficient and caring staff who always tried to make a difficult situation more tolerable. They understood the pain that the loss of a loved one could make and made the whole experience less stressful.

Really helpful and sympathetic from the moment they collected my husband from the hospice right through to the funeral itself. Couldn't have asked for better.

All the staff are truly caring professionals. They looked after us and carried out all our wishes. It made saying goodbye to our Mother so much easier.

Susan in thr woking office was polite, attentive and respectful. She returned calls and emails promptly and made sure we had thought of everything. She was especially patient with all the to-ing and fro-ing about the order of service, and we felt the final document was spot on. Thank you, also, to the design team. And to Daniel and his pallbearers. They were sensitive to the needs of the family who wanted to help carry the coffin on the day, and they stepped in where they needed help. Daniel stayed in touch by phone and checked we all knew what we were doing. The financial side of things was clear and there were no hidden extras. They liaised with the church and the crem for us which made the whole process smooth and unstressful. Susan helped us for the Funerals of both my parents. I would highly recommend her and Lodge Brothers to others who may be needing to walk through funeral planning and undertaking services. Thank you!

Competitive price, but good links with hospice, the celebrant, who’s was excellent, the crematorium and afterwards venue including the florist. Personnel were very experienced, helpful and genuine

From the beginning we were impressed with Lodge Brothers professionalism, they listened to our wishes and made sure we were happy with all of the arrangements respecting our feelings always. Alison was lovely to work with and went out of her way to make the funeral run smoothly. The funeral was a wonderful send off and goodbye to our son David. Your team was kind and thoughtful. Rob in Ham was kind and did check I was okay. I found the brochure and all the things you could add overwhelming and a bit anxiety inducing - maybe they could be separated out and given if requested?
