The customer service made our experience great. The first fingerprint activated lock we chose wasn’t satisfactory due to our older thinner skin. Lockly were extremely helpful in quickly sorting out another PINcode option which is working perfectly, and offering to provide a full refund on the first lock. We actually ended up keeping the first lock for our son’s home.

I’ve been very impressed with the Lockly Visage Zeno Series Facial Recognition Deadbolt so far. The facial recognition works surprisingly fast and accurately, and the lock feels solid and premium compared to many other smart locks I’ve tried. Setup and integration were straightforward, and the overall feature set is excellent.
One thing that really stood out was Lockly’s technical support. The support team was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in resolving my questions. The only downside was the phone wait time, which was quite long before reaching an agent. Once connected though, the service was excellent.
Overall, a very advanced and reliable smart lock with outstanding customer support once you get through.

Excellent customer service from Lockly. I reached out through text support needing a replacement magnetic door sensor for my Lockly Vision Deadbolt. The support team responded quickly, verified my information, and shipped the replacement part out immediately at no charge.

We had a defective device and troubleshooted battery drain and after a month the lock died. When it worked, it was amazing. And, through the entire troubleshooting process, the Lockly support team was extremely responsive and helpful - including on weekends. I sent an email one weekend and got a phone call a few minutes later. My replacement lock is working as expected. The only gripe I have is the policy to pay a deposit for the replacement lock until they receive my returned defective device.
The Lockly support experience has been truly top-notch and makes up for the month of a bad device.

I absolutely love my LOCKLY door lock. I love the facial recognition feature as well as the thumb feature. It is truly a savior especially when your hands are full and you are not able to dig around for your keys. I have used this lock to set up for family members as well as my kids.
