I booked a car from Verona Airport Locauto for three days. The lady who took me to the car was very professional and pleasant. The car was clean, relatively new and fun to drive. It was a first experience with that company and it won't be the last since I'll be back in Verona in a few months. As I always do when booking a car I took a video and numerous photos of the vehicle before I left the airport and again when I came back.

Fast process.

I’ve been scammed by you. Accusing me of hail damage when the 4 nights of hire the temperature has been around 33 C there was no damage and they also accused me of an accident in a town I never went to. It has given me worry and strive that is completely out of order. I will never ever use this company again. I’ve cancelled my bank cards and if they wish to take me to court I’ll fight them tooth and nail. They are con artists.

Super friendly and quick service. The staff member was very kind, gave us an excellent introduction, and returning the car was absolutely hassle-free and quick. Everything was great overall.

Really good service from the lady we dealt with, only gripe was not getting the car we booked for fitting 3 large suitcases and 4 passengers ended up being supplied a car that could only fit 2 suitcases and only just fitted with a bit of persuasion, luckily had another vehicle in the party to take the other suitcase.

It was very easy to rent a car! They also accepted my debit card as I forgot my credit card at home. The car Skoda was very good and clean. We had no issues at all. On return, we just parked the car, dropped the key in the letter box and that was it.
All you need is to fill the gas tank to full on return.

Good customer experience

From start to finish the service we received was excellent. The booking process was easy, collection was smooth, the car was fine for what we needed - It was slightly smaller than what we had requested but it was ok. The staff were friendly and could speak good English which helps .

we waited more than an hour to get the car.
one person behind the counter is not enough.
also, when we returned the car, i had to look for a parking space by myself. i parked in the "wrong" place and had to do it again, look for a spot for the car. it's not my job! it was annpying and took me about 30 minuts.
beside that, the car was great.
