Good experience with a brand new car
We got a new car, a 2026 Renault Clio; they were very efficient when I collected the car and again when I returned it, that was yesterday, 2 August 2026. I was a bit nervous, as it’s the first time I’ve hired a car; everyone was complaining about issues with handover – not with Locauto, but with other competing companies. I personally filmed the car from all angles, checking the wheel rims for scratches and the paintwork, I filmed the whole car to have proof that it was in good condition when I handed it back. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the staff’s professionalism. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I needed a car.

Car rental made simple
Very simple and straighforward booking process, collection was very easy. Staff member at desk was extremely helpful and pleasant and showed us personally to our car. Car itself was beautiful, modern and in great condition. Would not hesitate recommending Locauto Verona to anyone renting a car.

Friendly staff.
We needed to change the driver. This was possible by canceling the original booking and make a new one on-site. Costed 20€ more. Insurance policy and cost is very unclear. Carpark is not well lit and a bit tight.
All in all went well. Nothing special.

Flight arrived early but no issues…
Flight arrived early but no issues collecting the car before the scheduled time. The lady at the desk in the airport was extremely helpful, explained how to return the car out of hours and had us on our way quickly.

Hired a car from Verona airport in June. We had booked in advance but unfortunately had a few issues on collecting the vehicle. However on returning the vehicle the manager was excellent, acknowledged our concerns and sorted matters for us efficiently. Thank you
