I was refunded without any notice
I was refunded without any notice, no call, just an email saying I had been refunded. I replied via email asking why this has happened with no notice and later that week received a voicemail followed by an email saying that the product was out of stock and I should have received an email or call from them letting me know but they did not. I looked at the site and could see the product was in stock so am unsure why I still received a refund instead of the product.

I bought sunglasses that I thought I’d lost! So when I got into work I found my old pair sat on the side I immediately tried to cancel the order. I have had no correspondence to say anything at all , just the automated dispatch emails.
I am a little dispirited with no comms but also happy that the delivery was swift and the glasses well wrapped

Very prompt delivery. Well packaged which was a relief as it was a box of 4 wine glasses. I like the fact they reused existing paackaging, but still took the time to enclose a hand written note card and their label on the outside of the box.

Disappointed
The Gruffalo’s Child chocolate advent calendar I ordered arrived badly damaged. The parcel was intact and it was wrapped in tissue, so it looks like it was already damaged before being packed and sent. I emailed customer services with photos but got no reply — just an automatic refund. Although I appreciate the refund, sending out a clearly damaged item and offering no communication was really disappointing.

The first bag I ordered was cancelled due to being out of stock , I was sent a message to let me know and called which obviously was disappointing.
I purchased another bag online with no problems was despatched straight away with no issues and lovely item .
