Great experience

Very satisfied with the service and customer friendliness!
I'm extremely happy with the service I received. From the moment I reached out about a damaged delivery, I was helped in a friendly and professional manner. They immediately looked for a solution, and it was handled quickly and without any hassle ; truly excellent!
What I also really appreciate is how customer-friendly the team is: clear communication, easy to reach, and genuinely involved. That's rare these days.
One small suggestion for improvement: the packaging could be made a bit lighter, and it would be helpful if fragile shipments were clearly marked. That way, the delivery service might handle them with a bit more care and damage could be avoided altogether.
All in all, a great experience ; I’ll definitely order here again with confidence!

Very good site for hardware furniture !

I order many times on this website as an end user but also as a professional.

Every time they delivered me right on time.
My last order :
22/11/2020 : order placed, one item can take 2 weeks to be in stock
25/11/2020 : order is shipped from Germany to Belgium
27/11/2020 : order is delivered

Do no hesitate to oreder on this site !
