Lighthouse was amazing! Their locator service is a legit life hack for renters. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to move. I took a new job in Houston, which is a huge city, and started the process of looking for an apartment by myself. I quickly became overwhelmed, because even though there are a ton of apps, none of them allowed me to search based on all of my criteria. I was bouncing back and forth between them all when I finally saw a Reddit post about Lighthouse, so I reached out and asked to work with one of their reps. OMG - it was like night and day. The Lighthouse rep was super responsive and was able to include all my criteria when reviewing options. He made sure I was aware of cash back deals and specials so that I could factor that into my decision-making. He made sure the property managers were getting back to us timely and would text me to check-in, which I really appreciated. (I work full-time so it's much easier for me to glance at a text than take a phone call.) Best of all, I found the perfect apartment - within my budget! I really can't speak highly enough, I had a great experience working with Lighthouse.
