I’ve recently suffered from anxiety and depression and in the same time
I was constantly smoking weed too. I’ve had very bad sleep, and sometimes just a couple of hours every other day.
taking CBD oil about 1month now and I feel great. I have been able to take a long sleep and I feel well rested. I also feel very good emotionally, and not having anymore stress and anxiety. A good sleep with CBD oil, will wipe any bad feelings or thoughts. Thank you!

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this CBD oil. Don't be beguiled into buying some of the inferior products on the market. This is a clean and ethical company run by people who are passionate about giving you the best. For a number of reasons I have had very erratic sleep patterns for many years, despite a positive and optimistic attitude to life. My homeopath suggested that I try Life Spark's CBD oil as it would be very beneficial. I have been taking about 3/4 of a dropper full each night before bedtime for a long time now and my sleep patterns have improved noticeably. I still wake up in the night but except for rare occasions I go back to sleep. I have also noticed an improvement in a painful thumb which was triggered by hereditary arthritis. Bravo Life Spark!

I’ve had insomnia and been a very light sleeper for the past few years since I hit peri menopause, so when somebody recommended LifeSpark to me I was interested to see if it could make any difference. That day I took the oil twice and that night I honestly had the deepest sleep I’ve had for many years. Whereas usually I wake up anywhere between 3-6 times a night and when awake can be awake for 1-2 hrs at a time, that night I got to sleep easily, slept deeply and woke just once (to go to the bathroom) but went back to sleep immediately afterwards. 3 weeks on and my sleep has continued to be great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else with sleep difficulties.

I have tried a few different brands and this is by far the best. The first thing I noticed is that the taste is actually pleasant, compared to the horrible bitter taste that I had experienced with other products. I love that they give you a dosing chart, with clear explanations on how to go about taking it, as well as the dropper indicating how much you are taking. I've never seen that with another product. And best of all, it works! I occasionally suffer from anxiety, which can be stifling, and for me, the 1000mg cbd oil works really well, to calm me down and go about my business.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and have been in constant pain for few years now. Fibromyalgia is a life condition and there is no cure for it.
I started taking Life Spark CBD oil over a month ago and I can genuinely say that it does work, the joint, muscles, headaches pain have subsided to the point that I can walk and sleep better and do a normal life without dragging my body as I used to.
I am not as irritable or stressed as I used to be.
I highly recommend this product and I will continue to use it for life if I have to.
Also, I did mentioned it to my consultant rheumatologist she supported my decision to use it instead of prescription drugs.

After figuring out my dosage using the super helpful chart, I now take my Life Spark CBD 1000mg, 30ml a half pipette at a time before bed. It's like putting 50p in a sleep meter and getting 6 hours and the freshest waking feeling.
