I chose pick up, however I had a contractor collect for me as I’m 2hrs away and was struggling to get there before Xmas. Delivery was a fraction of the price they offered which was much nicer on the pocket! I understand why their price for it was high though.
The delivery was so bad n I had paid express post. Joann kept us on a string about ensuring someone was there to help them offload package which never was told to us we had said no one to help we are two people liviving in the units and both 80 years old. Found out at 5:15 that courier had just left depot to deliver n told he wud be there in an hour. The courier carried the box by himself with no problem after being told it wud be on 11:30 delivery. Cannot say enough great things about the recumbent bike. It has allowed my teen daughter to exercise safely with a heart condition. Also motivates me to exercise because it's so much fun!!! The seat is a game changer. Great for everyone!

Bike cover is too big for the bike, does not sit nicely/snuggly and is not shaped like the pictures. Plus delivery took a while and they did not leave the parcel - had to go to post office to collect - so annoying. a sheet would do the same job.

So glad I found this pump set, perfect for the home gym. The foam bar is soft on the neck & comfortable to grip.
Packaging was not suitable to hold 25kg weights & the box fell apart during transport. Fortunately no pieces were missing.

I purchased a row machine and a SS3 multi gym. The items are OK but the weight times and lack of srlervuce. Do yourself a favour and use another brand. There customer service is absolute rubbish. If you like spending near 2000 dollars and waiting almost half a year for your products to arrive. Woth not even a sorry or thank you this place is for you. Other wise stear clear
