From the outset, when we received your message, we responded to you and handled each of your requests with the carrier. We also tried to find a suitable solution, but despite our constant efforts, nothing was acceptable to you. After receiving your last email requesting cancellation, we refunded the full amount of your purchase. On rare occasions, there may be delays in delivery, and we do everything in our power to resolve the issue, but we are two separate entities, and we do not have access to the carrier's internal operations. A reasonable time frame is necessary to resolve the incident.

Annielys was very responsive. I couldn’t receive my parcel due to issues with the delivery service in Spain, Tipsa, but she took the initiative to contact them so I could get my package properly within just a few days. This was incredibly helpful, especially since I don’t speak Spanish.
It’s rare to see companies in France directly handle such issues with postal services to resolve problems for their customers. I’m truly impressed by their professionalism!

Excellent Online Company for Contact Lens Purchase
For the first time in Spain, I ordered contact lenses. I chose Lentiamo.es to order my lenses from because their reviews were very good and the website is very user friendly. It is an excellent company to order products from--they had mine in stock, which is not true of all companies and the prices are also very good. The customer service is excellent and the representative who helped me spoke very good English which I appreciate a great deal. Good customer service means everything these days. They responded immediately when I ordered, and when I called to ask questions, the representative was very patient and understanding. They answer the phone quickly and in person--no voice mail maze, so you can speak to someone immediately. I will definitely order my contact lenses from Lamento.es in the future and am very happy with their service. I highly recommend this company.
