Fidel 38755 was very helpful with my…

Fidel 38755 was very helpful with my enquiry.
He explained to me why my sim card is not working anymore and he detailed the steps I have to take to get the ball rolling again.
Very good costumer service.
I wish all the advisors I will call in the future are as competent as him.

I had an issue with my Laycamobile…

I had an issue with my Laycamobile number and I have called the customer Services. I did not have to hold the line for long and the person I spoke with (Agent Aiyappan) was very friendly and helpful. He guided me every step and I am very satisfied with the service he provided me with.
