Was outta town and they handled it great

Great work in a timely manner. He does a wonderful job with communication.

Zenon is a very cooperative and decent landscaper. I like the way his explanations are when ask a question. If you have questions concerning your lawn go in the app and he will reply. Also pleasant attitude and is very polite.

Quick and easy, always does a great job and reschedules quickly in the event of any delays

I only gave this 1 star, because there wasn’t an option to give 0. I’ve used LawnStarter 4 or 5 times over the last few years, and foolishly, every single time I thought maybe I’d get a better lawn pro. I never did. Every time was a negative experience of either not showing up or doing a lazy job. Most recently, I requested a specific service day so I could unlock my back gate due to my aggressive dog. The lawn tech showed up a day early, so I wasn’t unaware and my back gate remained closed. as a result, he only did the front yard, skipped all the edging, and blew grass clippings all over my porch.

I tried to be patient, assuming he’d fix it later. Instead, he spent a week claiming he’d return, but of course, he never did. Eventually, he said he was “on the way,” but I was out of town, so I had no way of knowing he didn’t show. When I got home, the back still hadn’t been touched.

I turned off my card, but they kept trying to charge me anyway, despite my complaints. I finally had to dispute it through my bank to stop the nonsense.

Do yourself a favor and hire someone local who actually cares about their work. LawnStarter is unreliable, unresponsive, and not worth the headache.

Terrible lawn guys. One lied and sent photos of a different house. One never completed the service and the next pro wanted to charge me double because the grass was long. Yeah, because the other guy never mowed. LOTS of issues with customers service. Getting refunds is hard. You have only 5 days to make a complaint. If I lived closer I would mow myself. I don't have time to drive there to confirm the mow was completed. Its grass not brain surgery. Trying to cancel was like being in a friends episode where they try to quit the gym. You MUST pay for 3 cuts. Customer service makes thing worse by not listening and just repeating the same thing over and over.
THEY ARE horrible in all ways! Lawn service SUCKS. Customer Service sucks, website does work. They make it REALLY hard to find a way to contact them.

My experience with LawnStarter has been extremely negative. I was simply exploring price quotes for lawn service and explicitly did not authorize any charges. Despite this, LawnStarter charged my account $323.00. Attempting to recover these unauthorized funds has proven to be an incredibly frustrating and difficult process.

The man who does my lawn is friendly and always here like clockwork, every 2 weeks. Always does a great job!

Even how the weather has been, so much rain! Ron did an amazing job! Looks so professional and awesome!

The attention to detail is superb. Always know I’m coming home to a great looking yard.

I like good communication with staff. They do a great job, especially like the edging. Always reliable.

LawnStarter was easy to work with and always quick to respond. Stephen and his team did an excellent job cleaning up an overgrown lawn and flower bed. Now the yard looks beautiful! I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
