Atrocious Customer Service
Placed an order through Superdrug. Was despatched and supposed to be delivered by Evri on Tuesday. We are now on Thursday PM and still no delivery. Contacted the customer services and just keep being told they are waiting for EVRI to come back and to give it another 24 hours. Quick enough to take the money, but don't want to know when deliveries don't happen. Not impressed at all. 1st time ordering and will be my last

Excellent products & customer service. One of the organisers was damaged, but once LaRoc were notified they arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately.
