Incompetent customer service
Signed up and sent them my Id card. As I am not from a English speaking country my Id was rejected as intelligible. I wrote to them offering other IDs (passport, drivers licence) which have an English section. If not, I asked them to stop clogging my email box with offers. I have sent 3 emails with this exact request but was ignored every time. To me this indicates a non functional customer service. Imagine what would happen if you are having a problem
18/02/ 2023 update - since you have bothered to reply here I'll give you a free advice:monitor your incoming emails as well as you monitor your rating on trust pilot.

Pay out of money not possible. I tried to set up a withdrawal order but unfortunately not possible. I only received an internal error message. No reaction from support team. Please contact me with a solution for my problem.

Lendsecured is an excellent investment…
Lendsecured is an excellent investment platform for my diversified portfolio. Direct investment possibilities in argiculture are rare (without betting on commodities), so Lendsecured helps me in this way.
Management is competent, support is solid and payment rates are reliable.
Overall a good experience for me until now!

A platform worth considering
This is a small but interesting platform offering collateral backed agriculture loans. Responsive staff, active on for example Telegram. Been investor here a couple of months, so far everything works fine. Only depositing money is little slow. And it's good they have an anchor investor to help fund the projects so it doesn't take so long to fund them.
