excellent and prompt service.

excellent and prompt service.
However, I would have liked to be given a choice of pastel shades for the fur bolero.
As i am not the bride, but would like to look special on a cold day in October.

Poor quality

I worded a faux fur jacket for my wedding and I’m very disappointed, the quality is very poor.
I payed for next day delivery and I didn’t receive the product in time .
Disappointed!!

I'm sorry you think the quality of the faux fur jacket you bought was poor, our faux fur products are very popular and have fantastic feedback.

Regarding the next day delivery you paid for; you ordered on Saturday and received the order on Tuesday. As per the delivery instructions on the website, all orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) until 1pm. So we sent your order on Monday with next day delivery and (according to Royal Mail tracking info) you received it the next day on Tuesday.

All delivery estimates are clearly displayed on the website, so customers know at the point of purchasing when they will receive their order.

Please use the pre-paid returns label provided to return the order for free.

A lovely bridal top!

I purchased a 3/4 sleeve ivory bridal top and it is beautiful. The quality is amazing and it matches the chosen dress like a dream. I highly recommend Lacey Bell for their prompt delivery and their lovely bridal clothing.

The items I ordered came in great time

The items I ordered came in great time. My jacket fitted perfectly. The child bolero, slightly on the small size as I ordered a bigger size but fits just about.
