Best hosting I have ever had. I have been using Krystal for years and will not be changing them for anyone else. The service and support is amazing. If your looking for a web host just use these guys.

Moved from another long-term (10+ years) hosting company. Was very happy that we did. A great bunch of guys (and girls). Very knowledgeable, helpful and servers are great.

I’m a novice with websites dns etc but Krystal have been great with helping to get my website, addressees and that complex stuff all set up. Thanks. They also respond very quickly. My experience with them so far has been top notch!

I raised a 'Normal' priority ticket after 7pm one evening when I found a client's mailboxes had disappeared, worrying that it had been caused by something I'd done a couple of days before.

The ticket was answered, and the client's mailboxes had been fully restored within one hour.

Can't really ask for any better service than that!

I am thoroughly impressed with Krystal. I have several websites and domains hosted with them, for several years now. Their customer service is excellent, they have actual humans available to assist.
