It took almost two months to receive my order which on the website looked 3 dimensional and when I received it, which was someone else's picture/order, it was the picture stuck to a piece of plastic. After requesting a refund, I was told to much was done to get a complete refund and offered 20%. Do not use this company. It is a chop shop that will scam you. 😒

It’s supposed to be a wood carving. They send you a flat piece of a “cartoon” characters totally different from what it says and they don’t refund you. I reported their site for fraud.

The item looks completely different than in the pictures. In Germany, this would be considered deliberate consumer deception and misleading advertising. I have not been offered a refund so far. I will never order from here again. Stay away from this shop!

Even with shipping charges, shipping was very late. Poor packaging, a part of it delivered broken. Product not same as in picture.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered the horse plush, was sent a pillow with a picture of a horse plush printed on it. When I contacted customer service, they said it clearly says it’s a 2D item. It absolutely does not say that, and the image shows a 3D plush, just as the description says. Their only offering was to give me a 20% refund. I just want the plush that is shown in the picture. Do not order from here.

What arrived was completely different from what was ordered. And if they were going to crop the photo, they could at least have made it match the original. So, in my opinion, it borders on fraud.

The face was zero percent accurate with the picture i chose. After texting them about a refund because of their mistake they just offered me a 60% refund. i would never ever order something from there and cant recommended any products they sell

Completely Misleading Product – Not What the Photos Show

I’m very disappointed with my order. The photos on the website clearly make the product look like a 3D sculpture, so I assumed that’s what I was purchasing. However, what I received was a flat 2D print with poor quality. The images online are extremely misleading and do not represent the actual item at all.

Yes, somewhere in the description it says it’s a 2D version, but that detail is buried and absolutely should have been highlighted. If the product is 2D, then the photos should reflect that—not show something that looks like a 3D sculpture.

Customers rely on accurate photos, and this felt deceptive. I would not recommend buying from this site unless they fix their listings to clearly and honestly show what they are selling.

Also I paid extra for expedited shipping, but item was delivered on a regular time frame.

I ordered a wood sculpture and sent a photo. What I received is a wood cut out of the photo I sent and not a sculpture. Huge scam and false advertisement. I will never recommend this website.

The item was supposed to be personalized, based on a picture provided. Aside from the clothing being similar, there was zero additional personalization. The characters looked nothing like the people in the photo submitted. One of the people with hair was bald in their variation and another who wears signature white glasses, had black ones in their version among a million other issues, I specifically called out these two things and they sent me a new digital version to make it right and it still contained both of these flaws and ended up giving the only person in the picture who doesn't have any tattoos, a sleeve. It was awful and they refused to give me a refund or take the garbage back. I've been fighting with them for two weeks and the best I'm getting is 50% off, hopefully. They said confirm and they would issue it but when I begrudgingly gave up fighting and agreed to it, I was told... oh, if you want it for all three (mind you they were exact duplicates), I needed to send a Pic of all three. I have and now I'm awaiting a response and a partial refund before I throw this garbage away and buy gifts that I can actually use. Let me painful lesson learned be your warning to stay away from this company!

I'm very satisfied with the delivery. The delivery time is acceptable, but you have to order early, of course. However, I still have to complain: you get a link to check the order status, but no status is displayed.

The gifts are true to picture just amazing

I paid for the 5 day shipping which said it included the process of making it. And it did not come from 3 weeks. Never buying from here again!

The prints on the shirts look like out of a horrorshow. My husband refused to wear them.
By the way: Were too late for fathers day.

I’m starting to believe this website is a scam site. It gave me a tracking number but said that my package “attempted” delivery twice. Each time it was in the wrong zip code. Each time the delivery “failed” with no explanation. When I contacted the company they gave no explanation as to why they said “it was your fault the delivery failed” so they could not issue a refund. How could it be my fault? I double checked and all my information for delivery was correct? How could it be out for delivery in SA when the package shows it’s still in Chicago??
