Worst hotel ive ever been ..

Worst hotel ive ever been ... worst tour operator ever "corendon" they lie about everything on their site ... the hostess is very arrogant and tells us tgat we had to pay more for another hotel ... the food i wouldnt feed to my dogs the rooms are from ww2 ... very very bad and corendon gives it 4 stars ... its not even worth 2 stars

If you have experienced any issues with their service or booking management, we kindly invite you to address your comments directly to them. As for our property, our buffet offers a wide and varied selection of dishes every day, designed to meet different tastes and preferences. We understand that personal tastes may vary, but the quality and variety of our menu are always highly appreciated by our guests.
Furthermore, we would like to point out that the hotel has recently undergone partial renovation, and all our guests express great satisfaction with their overall experience.

Rubbish

Awful. Stayed at Noto beach resort. Disaster and left after two days. Cannot get hold of the hotel or kiwi head office. Sent numerous emails, phone calls and messages. Won’t deal with any complaints. On discussing with the manager that we would be leaving early the next day he promised he would be there from 8.00am which he wasn’t and then all staff ability to talk English or sort any problem disappeared and not know when the manager would turn up to work. Left my contact details for him to call which he hasn’t done. I wouldn’t ever stay with kiwi resorts if I were you!

Dear Guest, We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we would like to clarify a few points.
We are already aware of the reasons that led you to leave the hotel early, as you have previously shared them with us.
Of course, we do not intend to diminish any guest’s experience, but it is important to remember that August is a peak season period, during which the hotel is fully booked and management must focus on many tasks.
The manager is usually present and attentive to guests’ needs, but at times he may be occupied with urgent operational matters related to the overall running of the property. We regret if he was not able to assist you personally at that moment, but this was not intentional nor meant to ignore you or deny assistance.
Finally, we firmly reject the claim that our staff stated they do not speak other languages: this is a statement that does not reflect reality and does not do justice to the daily efforts of our multilingual team, always available to assist guests professionally.

The animation team was nice

The animation team was nice, the food was pretty good and the area around is beautiful. A bit distant from stores, like clothing if thats what ur going for. A big city would be 1 hour and 45 minutes away and a village 15 minutes, with the transfer being 10 per person to take u and pick u. Up

Eloro beach resort

For the prise that you pay, it’s a perfect place for adults who wants a nice peacefull holiday straight on the beautiful beach!
No pubs/ clubs/ disco’s around, so no drunk and loud teenagers down the halls…..
Safety wise is on high standard, and what cleaning concerns there are almost 24/7 people cleaning….
The food is fine and enough variations in the numerous internal restaurants, and drinks you can get at the two bars…
The personel is friendly and like a well desreved tip…. ( We always do)
The views from the hotel are stunning and there is enough nature around for the great outdoors. Also there are great excursions to Taormina/Etna,the beatifull town of Siracusa and more!
The hotel is a bit datet but than again, for the prise that you pay it’s more than fine!
For us it’s gonna be the fourth time that we go there!
We love the iland of Sicily, we love the people and we love Eloro.
