The machine works well but for cheese…
The machine works well but for cheese making, I need stable temperature of 34C. This machine's lowest setting is 40C. I can still use it with a thermometer and shutting it off intermittently.

Thanks for your review.
If you needed a machine that could go down to 34 C, then you shouldnt have bought the one you bought.
It shows clearly in the specifications on the product: 40-99 °C.
Therefore we are a bit sad about you only gave us 3 stars :-)
