An accident ( accepted by pushbike company insurance ) all agreed but for a simple letter from car owners - kinto who can’t seem to to do this for absolutely no reason ( and when it comes to cars back they will want in A1 condition.
No Logic ? As it causes them no problem in fact resolves one .

BEWARE - I’ve bought and owned 10 brand new Toyota’s in the last 6 years and have hired cars in every state in the country. Kinto won’t approve me or my wife to hire vehicles from them. We meet all the guidelines as our age/credit history/insurance history/driving record/license history are all perfect. We have no blemishes whatsoever in any fields that Kinto can make us aware of. Be careful and mindful with this company before you hand out your personal details. The best hire car companies are extremely well known and are trustworthy when hiring such an expensive asset. PLEASE BEWARE
Kinto stole my money
Had a lease car from Kinto threough my company, Paid upfront to reduce my lease to only 3 years instead of 4.
They refused to replace my car until it was in the 5th year, 15 months after the end date... and refused to return the money I paid upfront to ensure it was only 3 years.
They stole over £1000 off me.
Very poor customer services

The worst car rental company I’ve ever dealt with.
I’ve only selected 1 star as you can’t select 0.
Couldn’t unlock the vehicle I had booked & been charged for, called KINTO & was told the car was unbookable due to repairs.
Booked & charged me for another vehicle 20 mins away, caught a taxi there.
30 mins later I found the vehicle.
Only to find it had a flat tyre.
KINTO refused to assist me on the phone as they had other customers to assist.
Similar thing happened twice before.
Shame on me for trusting them a 3rd time.

Really beautiful products with a pristine website but customer service is woefully poor. I purchased an expensive cup which arrived late for Christmas and wasn’t that great in reality so requested a return/refund. Kinto chose to accept this but I had to pay high price for return then informed they would not cover customs leaving me to pay that too. In all I paid the same as the order just to return and after three weeks I received the same order back, without explanation. Not once did Kinto respond to my emails re. customs or progressing refund as per their own policy. I sent my complaint and they have not chosen to respond. I’m a one time customer but isn’t that what builds business? It certainly makes or breaks online reputation. Kinto will take your money gladly but in after sales they’re shockingly and unnecessarily poor.

Hopeless.. have leased a car for the last three years. Ordered the replacement in september last year, told December, given a date, then told the end of December, then told a date in January, then told end of January.. now tod APRIL.... terrible service, cant wait for the next "How did we do"? email.... Hopeless !!!
Terrible customer service
I have been leasing a car from Kinto for 4 years. 4 months ago someone drove into me and wrote off my car. My insurance company paid out on the car 6 weeks ago. Kinto keep invoicing me for the lease and don't refund the money I am owed, despite repeated emails and phone calls. This is affecting my business, I can't organise a new vehicle until this is sorted. I also have a son in a wheelchair and we are paying out for large vehicle taxis. I am at my wit's end with this appalling customer service and fobbing off. I am repeatedly assured it is being sorted and I will get my money but nothing happens. Shocking customer care.
The Worst Customer Service I Have EVER Experience - AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Absolutely dreadful company. Unfortunately my employer is contracted with Kinto to provide my company car, and trying to get my order progressed has to have been the single most infuriatingly frustrating experience of my life. Kinto take weeks to respond (if they respond at all) and you get vague updates that tell you nothing. I've been waiting 7 months so far for my order to even be submitted despite it all being approved by my employer. It's an absolute joke - I'll probably be retired by the time I get my new vehicle. Dozens of my colleagues are in the same boat and document the appalling service on out internal chat site.

Leased from Kinto now for 2 yrs 3 months out my 3 year term. Nothing but faults with car since couple months into contract. 6 times it’s been I garage to get fixed, no resolved issues so I had enough and wanted Kinto to take it back early. It’s an accident waiting to happen but was advised neither Kinto or car manufacturer will be responsible for early termination of car albeit 3 months. Now I understand I’ve got a contract but I’ve also consumer rights. To not have a car fit for purpose for nearly entire contract. Still won’t waver any costs. Disgusting customer service.

Very Poor Customer Service
I leased a car from Kinto for 2yrs. It went back in September looking almost as good as when it arrived. Clean bill of health.
The problem came at collection. The inspection was carried out without incident. He even complimented me on the condition. I wasn't allowed to use the car after inspection. The collection was arranged for the same day.
As the car was being inspected, I got an email saying the car wasn't being collected.
After some back and forth with Kinto on the phone, it was arranged for the following Monday. I had to get short term insurance as the car insurance expired that evening.
I was also charged £25 for road fund licence for yr 2023/24 and Kinto agreed this was incorrect and would be refunded at the end of the lease.
Now, fast forward to today when Kinto are saying they knew nothing about the RFL issue (only send 3 emails and had a reply to them) and that the cost of the insurance and compensation for inconvenience (as offered by Kinto) were not their responsibility.
I have asked twice now for their official complaints procedure and been ignored.
Overall, customer service post lease is non existant.
Kia Sportage wrong order received
Company car ordered in March 2022, waited 18 months for my sportage, made sure to ask that it would come with heated seats, heated steering wheel, and 19 inch wheel. After having an email confirming the specs would include the most important and for medical reasons, the heated seats and steering wheel, my order arrived on the 21/07/2023, without the heated steering wheel and heated seats. I informed my fleet dept immediately upon taken delivery, called Ali to who were very dismissive about it and to this day still no reply or resolution.. I am so fed up if the whole process that it’s beyond a joke. Not even after having a confirmation by email of what the car with come with they will acknowledge a mistake. I cannot be paying for a car without the specs I have specifically asked for to make sure it would come with or I would have to change my order. There is a Kinto email confirmation of the specs that will be received for the model 2023 and yet they failed to deliver it. Well below one star. Surely there has to be more, my company can do to hold them accountable and make them give me the right vehicle, or simply re-order. I need the right vehicle for medical reasons and my health is being impacted and I refuse to have this for next 4 years. Horrible ,horrible experience so far.
Unexpected charges to the credit card
I had rented Toyota cars with KINTO twice. It will be no more.
During both bookings the KINTO application did not work smoothly. Especially in remote places where all of the sudden I was left with message “can’t unlock the car” and the only key to the car was my phone with the application that did not work. The hassle of rebooting the phone, to (hopefully) get the application back to work, the uncertainty created by the intermittent application error were part of my holiday experience. Not very enjoyable to say the least.
However, the main reason why I am resigning from my KINTO membership are sudden unexplained charges to my credit card long after the bookings. For my first booking I was charged an excess cleaning fee of $95 one months after returning the car. One months after the booking! Why wouldn’t someone contact me earlier if really the car was left dirty? Before returning the car, I cleaned and vacuumed it, but there was no one on the ground to check on it. There was also $25 administration fee, that was not explained to me. My second booking ended two weeks ago, and although I had, as previously, carefully cleaned and vacuumed the car I am still not certain what hidden charges KINTO has in store for me this time.

Kinto are the worst company I have ever had to deal with, unfortunately they supplied my company car. Getting them to respond to an incident with my vehicle is a joke there is no internal communication, the staff have no idea what they are doing. My advice to anyone thinking of dealing with this company is Don't, Don't, Don't

By far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Unfortunately Kinto are my company car provider and to say they’re useless is an understatement.
They held onto my order for months on end without submitting it meaning it had to be changed a number of times due to model changes. I’m constantly having to do the leg work between myself and the dealer to answer questions Kinto should be resolving.
Kinto’s complaints handling process, SLA on enquiries and issues is practically non existent. Yet again left for the end user to chase for updates.
How this company has managed to stay afloat I’ll never know, if it was my own company I’d give them a wide birth. Terrible.

Kinto One is the worse car finance company to deal with.
Even though my car lease finished mid February they are still trying to collect payments for March/April. After ringing the accounts department they have not been informed the car has been collected. Customer services department usually not available to speak to, emails take don’t replied to and their team leader doesn’t reply to requests to ring you back. What concerns me this company could damage your credit rating due to their incompetence?
