Wish I had read reviews on this firm before engaging with them but because they were adopted through TMA (a work perk) I had faith. Had non-fault accident in Nov 2021, they settled with third part insurers on 50/50 terms which has only recently concluded. My insurers got involved but too late, they even tried using their solicitors but Kingsway had already agreed 50/50 (and without my permission)!! Consequently, I've only received 50% of my Excess - lost on a tyre I had to replace out of my own pocket and even more importantly, lost 6 years NCB meaning my recent renewal went up (even after using comparison sites)!! DO NOT EVER ENGAGE THIS FIRM AS EVERYONE ELSE ON HERE HAS REPORTED!!!!!!!!!

They have dealt with my partner's claim for loss of earnings following a no fault collision after a Morrison's delivery van ran into the back of his stationery taxi. They are completely an utterly incompetent. We have dealt with multiple people, provided the same information on numerous occasions and have succeeded in getting less than a tenth of the loss of earnings that he is entitled to. Absolutely disgusted!!!

im in early stages of processing my claim with these guys
first impression is if you ask a question outside the box
so you can gain an understanding of the process
boy oh boy do they throw there toys out the pram
well guess what this customer aint picking them up putting back in your pram

What's the purpose of this company? they don't know nothing, they just shift you off to others and an absolute waste of time talking to them.

Kingsway are dealing with my claim who passed on to another company.
They would call every week and ask if I'm happy with everything. Everytime I would answer '' NO'' as my vehicle hasn't been repaired properly. I've called them I've emailed had no response. Van still not repaired correctly. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Kingsway claims is the company who was appointed by Plan insurance Brokers to deal with my case when my car was declared 'totall loss'. Kings has passed on the case to Easidrive. When they have heard that I am not happy with my car valuation they just stop to answer to my calls and e-mails instead of provide any help to me. I was threatened as an intruder! I did receive any help from Kings...
