Blurry sign, wish someone would of contacted me about it.
Everything is good, I just wish someone would have said something about the picture quality. If it was going to be an issue I could have gotten you guys a better picture but it got pushed threw and now I’m stuck with a blurry sign. If you stand back it looks alright.

Best Sign Ever!!!
I LOVE Tabitha! She was very helpful with all of my questions! She definitely had great ideas for the concept of my sign. When it arrived, WAY ahead of schedule, it was so bright and brilliant, I was beyond impressed how it turned out in person!
I highly recommend Kings of Leon to create a fabulous sign for any space!

Great product and I really like the remote, with its holder. It was easy to work with them and get a custom sign designed. The only negative things I could say are that it was pricier than the last neon sign I bought (from someone else) and the holes for hanging were not evenly spaced. I believe that may be because of my specific design.

The Foul Anchor Lives!
Kelly worked with me on everything from design to price. And absolutely nailed my concept. This project was for my home bar and it’s absolutely stunning. Also, the project time was less than 2 weeks along with shipping. It arrived yesterday and it’s on the wall this morning.
This is the second sign I have ordered from them, the first for an office podcast studio. And they DO NOT disappoint.

Light is great...kind of, customer service is awful!
I ordered my light in November. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it turned out I didn't really need to do that. The light looks great with one exception....the cords are too short.
I immediately emailed and asked for extension cords. They told me they were sending them, but after 2 months, I got sick of waiting and emailed them. Of course, nothing had been sent yet and I had to provide them pictures (again) of what I needed.
I finally got an extension cord only for it to be completely wrong! I then sent a full video explaining what I needed and why what they sent was wrong.
They sent another package....still wrong! I emailed them back....and here I sit 5 months later, still no cords and they just ignore the emails now.
It's maddening considering this is not a cheap investment, but they don't care one bit!

Not Neon.
Not the right size.
Not worth £365.
Caller was very pushy calling numerous times.
When I tried to reach out NO RESPONSE.
Even when I tried to add a review I was sent to a completely different NEON company SPLICE.
Scammers selling a dream design and you get it from TEMU.
