Kids beds only gave me a great experience ordering. When needing to exchange before delivery, that was also smooth over the phone. Staff was really helpful and even video called me so I can see the bunkbed in their warehouse.
Delivery was within the week and assembling with my husband took a day. At one point hubs crashed out and me and the children finished the assembles.
Only thing is when screwing in the bolts/screws, do not use a drill because all you need is a screw driver and it also comes with a screw winder. Easy to assemble as long as you follow step by step and not rush. We did something wrong and had to undo to fit into the right way round but thats ok, had a break and went back to it.
Another important point, we thought we was missing a part for the draws (G) and searched and hunted the whole place and packaging. This silly part appeared from nowhere when we had almost finished assembling. They should have put it with the draw or the screws packaging because now I'll have to go back to the instructions and add the missing parts so the draws so they can work properly.
The bunk is my height which mean it'll last long for my 10 and 6 year old. Has lots of storage space and doesn't take alot of room. My bunk is Ollie Hideaway bunk bed with storage in White. So far I am happy with the product and service received.
