Bad experience

Hi make and order of 100£ the 5 may 2021 and It was never shipped.
M. Callum Thomson doesn't answer to my mail and I never got my money back for the moment...

Superb service

The delivery took a long time, but it was probably not your fault as I live in an EU country. But the communication was good and you explained how it was and compensated without me asking for it. Superb service.

Dissatisfied

The title of the part I ordered was imprecise and corresponded to another part, which cost me 30 euros for nothing. They had the nerve to offer to return the piece at my own expense.

USED-FAKE Controllers instead of original

I have ordered a ninebot controller. They claim they sell original parts, but the battery refused to communicater with it. When i tried to connect it in the app, it turned out that someone was already bound to it. So i got an used FAKE controller for my money... I am so pissed..

Thanks for your review, as you can see from your tracking number your item has been shipped but there seems to have been a delay.

as much as we try to provided the best customer service possible we are only as good as the courier. I have contacted the courier and should expect a reply Monday or Tuesday.

Confusing shipping policy, bad customer support

According to their shipping policy, they deliver to the EU, but when I put my EU address during checkout I get an error saying they can't deliver to my city. I contacted them to confirm what could be wrong but they never answered back. In a way I'm happy I couldn't order, imagine if I had a problem with an order and not being able to get a straight answer from them! It's sad as this company seems to be well referenced on public forums and the offer is thin...I guess I'll have to take my money to Chinese marketplaces

Update: Your passive-agressive double quotes really helps changing someone's mind, but okay! Here's how your "support" dealt with a simple query: imgur . com /a/6HWDNuS Can you find it now on your system??
