My keystone wasn’t delivered because I put the wrong address and they fixed it right away. It does take a long time to ship though. More than 15 days

First of all, I love my Keystone. I chose it after reviewing all the cold wallet options and I think I have the best one. I love the fact that I can have 3 separate wallets in just one gadget; that's something nobody is offering. I also love that it's open source and air gaped. They also let you chose between 12 or 24 words for the passphrase, and even show you different sets of words until you like one, which no other wallet lets you do. Now, the webpage hadn't include my country in the small list of countries that are asking for tax ID, so my shipping was delayed a couple of days. I believe they have corrected this issue.

Superb build quality!
Keystone pays attention to the little details and their products are built to last. When purchasing cold storage solutions you want to set it and forget it, with some other products out there you aren't sure if it is going to last a few months let only years. Keystone makes solid products that you can literally feel.

Just receive the keystone device. The device looks solid and the size is way much better than the one from ledger. Giant device in a small handheld screen. I switch from ledger and give keystone a try and turnout to be way better than what I expected. Will keep a look out for more of their products like what I used to do for ledger. Stay safe and be safe!

It's an easy to use and bulletproof little device.

It was easy to order your product. Delivery was a bit long but everything was intact upon opening the package. I loaded the cards fairly easily. It took some time but the process ensures longevity and security. Thank you for this product!

The metal feels really very high quality material. We don't regret buying it. Its also easy to set up and feels super safe. What we also like is that we can easily fit it anywhere we like to store it. Its a must have for your investment!
