Do not deposit any amount before you learn about their identity check
I hold a medicare and a driver's license however was unable to verify either. Never happened before with any other entity. The only option is to send my scanned documents (including tax returns for some reason) to get my initial deposit back. Yeah, you are not allowed to get the money you deposited back, only the winnings. And the rude customer service agent explained to me how this is a betting account and not a bank account, so my fault i guess. Guess that's how Keno makes a chunk of their profits, through those initial deposits which you are never getting back.
