I'm not tech savvy and was not able to get a Keepgo connect while traveling. The Keepgo technician (HoaKhuo) asked me how he/she could help and gave me instructions that worked perfectly. Kind, patient and professional. Thank you.

Day 1, eSIM worked as soon as I installed - hope it works reliably over time in which case I might keep using it!

Update 3 month later: Lifetime US/Canada eSIM works as advertised. The only annoyance is the IP being Poland based - any time one tries to use google or some such tool, the languge is defaulted to Polish and has to be changed. Otherwise the SIM/data has worked fine.

Very easy to use it but when you have any problem, they do not give you any solution. Not profesional!! I prefer other cards

After looking for ages for an international sim. Keepgo is great.....
1. Simplicity of app, graphics.
2. Speed of customer dupport service.
3. Dats does not run out ( why pay all the time when all you need is , now and then)
4. You offer World and Europe sum cards.
5. Again! Simplicity, you don't dazzle with add ons, 'WorldSim' breaks down all services and charges you for each!
6. Recognising that data only is the way to go and dismissing a cellular number (costly and unnecessary)
One awkward point..its very hard or difficult to find your app on Android store unless you yourselves send the link to it?

Best support and customer service ever. Keepgo is the Best eSIM service provider ever existed. I tried multiple other companies but dropped all and only stick to Keepgo service and even encouraging my network to shift to Keepgo. They are happy and me too as Keepgo rewards referrals.

Been using KEEPGO for 3 years (or more) now, and I recommend the service. I am a flight steward and I'm always out and about in different countries. It's very reliable. I have recommended the service to my peers, and they liked it as well. AT one point, I needed help to redeem a referral code, and I was promptly assisted by "Mr Ndifreke" (shout out to you!). He was able to assist me very well. Today, I am again recommending the service to my sister. I hope the service will be consistent as this is very helpful to us while travelling.

I had looked at the marketplace for an eSim that would cover a lot of country's. Keepgo fitted the bill.
Ordering it was very easy and installing it was simple as well (i am not very technical). i have tried it at home just to make sure it works. i have confident it will fit my needs.

Very inexpensive way to get data only service. They also have very good customer service.

I SIGNED UP FOR 100 MEGA FREE TRIAL, USED SURFING THE WEB WITHOUT DOWNLOADING ANYTHING, MAYBE FOR 2 MINUTES, AND THESE 100 MEGA OF DATA ARE GONE!

This was my fault caused by mislabeling an eSIM, customer service walked through a process showing this, and I was able to correct it.

I appreciate very much this service and will continue to be a customer for this and future eSIM

Had to re-install Keepgo on a new phone. Customer service was quick and easy and eSIM was re-installed in few minutes.
