Okay so I'm not technically inclined. Once in Europe I couldn’t connect to KeepGo data service. I sent a message to KeepGo and within minutes they sent me clear and easy to understand instructions. I was connected shortly thereafter. Great service. Thanks KeepGo!

Great product. I am an Uber driver, and coverage in rural areas can be bad, depending on the carrier. This is a GAME CHANGER for rural areas to keep access to maps and rides. It has saved me hours of trying to get out of a no-service area without a GPS.

No time limit for Esim is really big market no wasted data

Used the lifetime North American SIM in a remote location for the past few weeks to upload data to the web and it works great.

I couldn't find how to activate the data plan on my SIM (in all honesty, their website with instructions could be made quite a bit clearer! ), but when I reached out to support, I was very quickly, personally and effectively guided in how to set up my SIM for travels across several LatAm countries! Hats off for Keep Ho's commitment to customer service!

Selected your eSIM as it provides a data limited without an expiry date

Have been using Keepgo for my travels for a long time and has never let me down. Recently needed to update to an eSIM for coverage in Sri Lanka. Big shout out to Hoa on support for providing very high level support to talk me through the process and all in a very timely fashion. Thanks Hoa

So far, so good! In Canada there is Telus, Bell and Rogers along with Freedom (and SaskTel in SK) to select as your carrier. Handy in case one of them goes down. You get an IP in Poland which is no big deal as speeds and ping times are still great for VoIP to function reliably. Happy customer!

I used Keepgo's international World SIM for four years and have just switched to the North American SIM. Both are physical cards, not e-SIMS, and both have been 99% reliable. The only exception was in remote areas of the UK, where Keepgo's local network, O2, was not as stable or fast as my travel companion's UK Vodafone connection. I'm more than willing to accept such minor and transient issues in exchange for the huge benefit of being free from expensive monthly phone plans (WhatsApp and TextNow are sufficient for calling/messaging) and not having to search out local-country SIMs when travelling across borders. On the few occasions that I've requested support, the Keepgo customer service has been timely and extremely helpful. I'm very happy to have found this company!

Our company is using keepgo as a primary data provider for all employees and the services are great. Most important to us is the easy migration of plans between devices as devices get upgraded without having to buy new plans. Highly recommend.
