Overcharged ₹180 and completely ignored
Ordered a phone case (Order #96159). The invoice clearly showed ₹719 after discount plus ₹100 delivery, totaling ₹819. The delivery agent collected ₹999 from me. That is a ₹180 overcharge.
I raised this immediately on WhatsApp with photos and proof. They asked for my order ID multiple times, I gave it every time. They said "team will check and update you." Nobody ever updated me. Nobody responded.
I shared my UPI transaction proof showing ₹999 paid to Delhivery Limited on 20 April 2026 (Transaction ID: 647610013677). Still no resolution.
When I commented on their Instagram, they DELETED my comment instead of resolving the issue. They are actively posting reels and stories but cannot respond to a legitimate overcharge complaint.
I have now filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. I have all proof saved. Buyers beware, check your invoice carefully before paying the delivery agent.
