great agent, not too expensive. shipping takes a while to the uk but that’s expected with an agent. had 3 hauls and no major issues so far and customer service on discord quite helpful

I ordered 4.5 kg package and everything went great. The shipping took 15 days. Shipping was 55€ for 4.5kg which is pretty good.

Kakobuy refused to help after item went missing from my package!

I am extremely disappointed with Kakobuy's customer service. My package arrived incomplete – one of the items was completely missing. When I contacted support to resolve this issue and lodge a complaint, they flat out refused to help me.
Their excuse was that I didn't purchase optional shipping insurance. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. As an agent, Kakobuy is responsible for ensuring that the contents of the package are securely dispatched and delivered. Shifting 100% of the blame onto the customer for a missing item is just a cheap way to avoid taking responsibility.
I have already informed my payment provider about this incomplete delivery. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Kakobuy and choose more reliable agents who actually care about their customers when something goes wrong during transit. I will not update or remove this review until Kakobuy acts professionally and issues a full refund for my missing item.

Very good website but the shipping…

Very good website but the shipping kinda makes me mad it’s reasonable tho because of the weight, but they have some good seasonal coupons, and none of my items have been damaged so I say that’s a win
