We are very sorry that the agreed carry-in service was not provided and that you had to arrange getting the heavy mattress up to your third floor yourself. We understand how frustrating and exhausting this experience must have been, especially after spending so much time trying to resolve the issue with our customer service. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the delay regarding the refund of the €10 you paid for the carry-in service.

We would like to assure you that the refund has already been initiated. We kindly ask for a little more patience until the amount is credited to your account.

This experience does not meet our standards for customer-friendly service, and we take your feedback very seriously.
