I have loved this underwear ever since I tried a few years ago ... used to sweat all the time between my legs but not any more.

I've even wore these 2 days running with no issues as they stay so fresh for longer.

I'd like to see a new product still with the pouch but with loose fitting around the bottom of the legs

These are the best boxers I’ve ever had.
So lightweight and so comfortable I sometimes need to double check I’m not going g commando!
Even in this hot weather my undercarriage is cool and dry; no betty swollox in sight.
Keeping the tackle n rod separate is genius and the wife loves the look which is also a bonus 😉😉

Every now and then you come across a company that you know you will be in your life a long time to come. Just Wears products, and I now wear only their underwear and have socks and a t-shirt, are next level. It is impossible to wear other underwear once you have experienced Just Wears. It reminds you that you all but live in underwear and you need to look after yourself by wearing these every day.

I’ve recently (c.3 weeks ago) contacted their customer support regarding the poor quality of the waist bands - they are not supple and crease dreadfully. However, I have not even had an acknowledgement from them.

I had super high hopes, but unfortunately thsi brand doesnt live up to the hype.

I originally ordered 3 pairs with the pouch design. They felt incredible and like good quality. But the promise that they wouldnt ride up the thigh is not true, after about 3 minutes they were always all the way 'up there'. Also i didnt like the pouch design, just wasnt for me, but that wasnt that bad, as all dewsign doesnt work for everyone.

I then complianed and got the option to return them and i did so, and they exchanged them to the ones Without the pouch... Ssame thing! rolling up, i sweat way more in the material and therefore just not comfortable AND doesnt (in my opinion) live up to any of the claims made on the website.

The material feels nice tho, and it seems like theres many they work very well for! :)

Fast, efficient service, and we’ll, but minimally packaged - zero-carbon shipping too 👍 - but the main thing, “is what’s inside the box” 🤔Well… Superb fit, superb comfort - what a difference! Delivery really prompt and items beautifully packaged. Slightly expensive but worth it. They look really good on my partner and are beautiful colours. He is not usually one to appreciate clothing but he actually commented after wearing them that they were extremely comfortable and supportive and he really liked the feel. Well done, JustWears, we'll be back!

Wow. What can I say about their underwear. Simply beautiful and so soft. Have several boxers for me and my wife has some of their knickers too. Just such good quality that lasts wash after wash

Loved the colours but I bought a set for my husband for Christmas and a month later they were fraying and the stitching had come up. Very disappointed with the quality for the cost.

Bought a pack of underwear for my partner yesterday with standard delivery and it's already arrived today! Absolutely amazing service and delivery, and my partner says the underwear is very soft and comfortable too! Will def be ordering again :)

Just Wears offered a satisfaction guarantee, in which buyers could return unworn items for a full refund. I returned items, but never received a refund. I had all the paperwork to show the postage etc. but still no refund, and even though I contacted customer service, they didn't refund me. Buyer beware.

Literally throwing out my old boxers

These are super comfy, best boxers i have ever owned.

It is impossible to find a comfy pair of boxer briefs, these guys have absolutely nailed it!

Find these pants are really comfortable and have been buying them for several years but unfortunately the fabric at the seam where it meets the waistband has come away on all my pants after about six months ~ the quality of manufacture does not justify the high price.

Good enough boxers but they feel a little pricey compared to some of the competition. I agree with some other commentators here that the issue with a lot of men’s underwear is that my “berries” get stuck to my leg, rather than my “twig” getting stuck to my “berries”. So these boxers feel like they’re solving a problem that doesn’t really exist.

The odd pouch system they have is not fit for all men shapes and sizes and I find myself regularly having to adjust in order to feel comfortable, something this underwear claims to avoid.

Ordered to try and get a set before Christmas but was emailed soon after ordering to say the colours/design I picked is not available. This was a bit annoying, but in the email I was also referred to as 'Elizabeth' when this is not my name. Happy to overlook this error if they were prompt in sorting the issue. I replied asking if the colours will be back in in the new year as because the pre Christmas delivery was missed, I may as well wait for them to be back but I have not had a reply. Although this has been over the Christmas period, I would have expected at least a reply by now but have not heard anything even after a follow up. I wouldn't mind, but they have my money and I haven't heard anything other than an email addressed to someone else. Pretty poor.

I brought the briefs just over a year ago and of the 9 pairs that I bought a couple of have ripped at the waistband. I really wanted to support a British brand rather than go to the all conquering American brand but I guess I should have done just that! Such a shame as I love the company and product.

Thank you Joey for fantastic customer service! I had a mishap with the courier and the customer service was exemplary in quickly looking into the problem and sending a replacement with an alternative courier. The product is fantastic too - would not hesitate to use them again.
